From having been practicing new chemical curriculum, the instruction design for chemical classroom teaching attracts more and more attention, which basing on idea of new chemical curriculum. There are many theories of the instruction design for it, which promote the conversion of it from the type of experience to the type of theory. But most of them make frontline teachers feeling the distance between the'should being'and'being'of the instruction design for chemical classroom teaching, because they take the exterior and analyzing view. But the theory of plate design for chemical classroom teaching could solve this problem, because it takes the interior and integrating view. In despite of it, the problem of compartmentalizing the plate-boundary of chemical classroom teaching needs more researches to make sure the principles of it and find out the ways of it.From the view of system theory, the context mostly discusses the problem of the plate-boundary of chemical classroom teaching by the ways of systems analysis and boundaries analysis with the classroom memoirs. First,classroom teaching are carved up three levels, which are classroom teaching, plates and elements of the plates. Then in the level of plates, the meaning and characters of the plate-boundary are analyzed. Last, the principles and the ways of compartmentalizing the plate-boundary are expounded with cases.The context does its best to solve the problem of compartmentalizing the plate-boundary of chemical classroom teaching by the thought of system theory, which could offer and become the base of chemical classroom teaching. It aims at being beneficial to the issues of'what is'and'how is'. Promoting the instruction design of chemical classroom teaching is also its purpose. And then the frontline teachers could control and availably utilize it.
