Research On The Construction Of The Index System Of Public Sports Service Evaluation In Xi'an

With the rapid development of our country's economy,the demand of public sports service from the masses is growing day by day.Therefore,improving people's livelihood,strengthening public sports services and realizing the equalization of basic public sports services have become important signs of the development of sports.Through the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of public sports service in xi'an and verifies its rationality.Key findings:1.In order to establish a scientific evaluation index system,this paper has followed the principles of systematicness,scientificness and operability established by the index system.By consulting data and combining expert opinions,it has selected 7 primary indicators and 57 secondary indicators.By using Delphi method and expert questionnaire,four primary indicators and 13 secondary indicators were finally established according to the importance and operational score of the indicators.2.Level I indicators established include: funding,facilities,fitness services,satisfaction.The weight coefficient of each index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Among them,the weights of the primary index are: 0.5194 for investment,0.2009 for facilities,0.2009 for fitness services,0.0789 for satisfaction.3.In order to verify the objectivity and rationality of the evaluation index system,after the evaluation of relevant experts,it is concluded that the structure of the index system is relatively reasonable,the weight coefficient is more objective and the integrity of the index system is better.The overall evaluation of the index system is satisfactory,which shows that the evaluation index system of Xi'an public sports service is reasonable.4.In the system of evaluation indicators,three indicators,namely,funding,facilities and fitness services,are objective indicators.The results of the satisfaction survey carried out in this paper show that sports administrators in xi'an have the most "general" attitude towards the satisfaction of public sports service facilities and guidance,and are not satisfied with the environment of public sports service,and are not satisfied with the activities of public sports service.Therefore,Xi'an should strengthen the construction of public sports service to improve the satisfaction on the basis of the original.5.The main factors influencing public sports service satisfaction are: publicsports service venues,the level of government attention to public sports services,government input into public sports services facilities,the number of free sports venues,and the efficiency of public sports service funding.
