Objective: To study the effect of fitness QigongDawu and QigongLiuzijue exercise on the blood components and body composition of the middle-aged and old people,analyze the effect and mechanism of fitness QigongDawu and QigongLiuzijue exercise,and discuss the different effects of fitness QigongDawu and QigongLiuzijue exercise on middle-aged and old women's fitness.In order to further promote the fitness Qigong exercise project,establish the exercise prescription of fitness Qigong,and improve the fitness effect of middle-aged and old women,provide scientific theoretical reference and experimental basis.Methods: In this study,50 middle-aged and old women were selected as subjects.According to the basic situation of the subjects,the subjects were divided into two experimental groups,QigongDawu and QigongLiuzijue,each group of 25 people.The subjects were healthy and did not participate in the exercise of Qigong.The subjects were tested for 6 months(3 times per week,1 hours a week)and QigongDawu and QigongLiuzijue.The data of blood routine,blood rheology,blood lipid and body composition were tested before and after the experiment.The data were processed by SPSS12.0 software,and the results were?x±SD indicated that the Paired-Samples t test was used before and after the contrast in the group.The Independent Sample t test was used in the comparison between the groups,and P<0.05 was used as the significant difference level.Results:(1)After 6 months of exercise,the number of white blood cells,neutrophils,hemoglobin and the number of platelets increased significantly(P<0.05),and the average concentration of red blood corpuscular hemoglobin increased significantly(P<0.01).After 6 months of fitness QigongLiuzijue exercise,the number of white blood cells,the content of hemoglobin and the average hemoglobin content of the middle aged women were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of neutrophils increased significantly(P<0.01).There were significant differences in hemoglobin content,Ping Junhong cell hemoglobin content and mean red blood cell hemoglobin concentration(P<0.05)in the comparison of the blood routine indexes after the exercise of the fitness QigongDawu and QigongLiuzijue group.(2)After 6 months' exercise,the total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol of middle aged and old women decreased significantly(P<0.05).After 6 months' exercise of QigongDawu,the high-density lipoprotein(HDL)of middle aged and old women increased significantly(P<0.05).In the contrast of fitness QigongDawu dancer exercise group and fitness QigongLiuzijue exercise group,the contents of totalcholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol have significant difference(P<0.05),and there is no obvious change in triglyceride.(3)The whole blood viscosity of the middle-aged and old women after 6 months of fitness QigongDawu was significant(P<0.05)before and after the experiment of H,ETA M,ETA L and ETA P.The indexes of Fi,Arbc,ESR K,tau C and ESR were significantly decreased(P<0.01,P<0.001).After 6 months of fitness QigongDawu,the whole blood reduced viscosity,ESR,Arbc and ESR K were obviously reduced.There were significant differences in ESR and Fi between two groups after exercise(P<0.05).(4)After 6 months' exercise,the fat content and body fat percentage of middle aged and old women decreased significantly(P<0.01).After 6 months' exercise,the percentage of body fat in middle-aged and old women decreased significantly(P<0.05)after QigongLiuzijue exercise.Among them,there was significant difference in the percentage of body fat in the middle and old age women(P<0.05),and the difference of fat content was significant(P<0.01)in the contrast of the six words of fitness QigongDawu exercise and fitness QigongLiuzijue.Conclusions:(1)The physical fitness QigongDawu and QigongLiuzijue exercise have obvious improvement on the blood routine indexes of the middle-aged and old women,in which the physical fitness QigongDawu exercise improves the hemoglobin content in the blood of the middle-aged and old women especially,so that the ability to transport oxygen is obviously improved.(2)Fitness QigongDawu and QigongLiuzijue exercise can improve the lipid metabolism of middle-aged and old women.The content of total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol can be reduced by Fitness QigongDawu exercise.The exercise of fitness QigongLiuzijue can improve fat mainly by improving the content of high-density lipoprotein.The purpose of metabolism is to improve the body composition of middle and old aged women by Fitness QigongDawu,which is better than the QigongLiuzijue exercise of Health Qigong.(3)The fitness QigongDawu exercises can improve the hemorrheology by reducing the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and aggregation ability of the middle-aged and old women.The QigongLiuzijue of fitness Qigong is to reduce the viscosity of the whole blood and reduce the aggregation ability of the red blood cells to improve the blood rheology.In general,through the fitness QigongDawu,QigongLiuzijue exercise can effectively improve the blood rheology,and the fitness QigongDawu exercise is better than thefitness QigongLiuzijue exercise.(4)The physical fitness QigongDawu and QigongLiuzijue exercise improved the body composition of the middle-aged and old women,the body fat content and the percentage of body fat decreased,of which the fitness QigongDawu exercise is obviously better than the fitness QigongLiuzijue formula exercises.
