Research On The Construction Of The Electric Competition Communlty In Xi'an Univerity

Since the party's eighteen big countries increased the support for industry innovation,esports movement began to enter the stage of rapid development.Xi'an as the focus of northwest university city,the growing number of e-sports club in colleges and universities,enrich the community activities,and to participate in the activities of e-sports is mostly have certain economic ability of college students,combined with the xi'an government and enterprises of e-sports industry support,the esports community development for colleges and universities provides the basis of extremely strong.To the construction of the learning organization theory is introduced into the electronic competitive society,make full use of the college students' love for esports psychology,training meets the needs of e-sports industry professionals have good learning ability,can make the combination of the talent supply and social demand better,promote the development of industry.So this paper in xi'an esports community as the research object.This article through the literature material law to the relevant information query classification,sorting and current situation to obtain the theoretical knowledge;Through on-the-spot interview and questionnaire survey as if want to combine the investigation e-sports community basic situation of xi'an college,through mathematical statistics on the current situation of xi'an esports community inductive analysis,find out the existing problems,and the relevant phenomena and facts of e-sports club,the learning organization theory is introduced into the esports community construction,discusses the construction of xi'an esports community path.Research found that:First,xi'an electronic competitive sports development is rapid,esports community common;Second,xi'an esports community is the basis for the development of xi'an e-sports industry;Third,the development of xi'an esports community is still insufficient;Fourth,the construction of learning-oriented electronic competitive society,promote the development of e-sports club better.According to the learning organization theory,the following Suggestions are put forward to improve the development of electronic competitive societies in xi 'an university.second,Cultivate the learning ability of learning e-sports clubs;third,Establish the knowledge management model of learning e-sports clubs;fourth,Use technical tools to optimize learning e-sports clubs.
