Education is the foundation of a nation and the foundation of a strong nation.Rural community education is of great significance for rural community residents to acquire life skills and release life value.However,with the acceleration of urbanization in recent years,the economy of rural communities has developed rapidly,and the corresponding educational development is still relatively lagging behind.It is urgent to improve the cultural literacy of residents through the establishment of educational communities.Create a harmonious social atmosphere.The author believes that the community of rural community education is the educational union which is within the scope of rural communities,the government,schools and communities and other educational subjects in order to improve the residents' cultural literacy,knowledge level and preserve the traditional cultural characteristics,through communication and cooperation,sharing all kinds of learning resources and accomplishing certain educational activities together.It has the characteristics of integrity,diversity,linkage and sharing.It is significant to human beings to improve the level of life skills and to enhance the consciousness of life value,while to the society it is to promote the benign flow between urban and rural areas and to strengthen the construction of traditional culture in rural communities.On the basis of the research and analysis of the related literature of the rural community education community,this paper concludes that there are three main types of rural community education community,which are government-led,school-based and Autonomous-growth.Government-led is the type of community education that the government is in the main status in the decision-making and implementation of the work of rural community education;with the function of providing educational financial support and defining the direction of education policy;with the advantages of guiding the faith of modern rural grass-roots organizations,ensuring the smooth communication channels,and the higher level of supervision and management;with a lack of tension in policy and the lack of an easy community education system that may evolve into a contingent of political institutions.In the concrete practice,it is suggested that the government should increase the financial input of education,increase the diversity of educational investment,and improve the supervision and guarantee of the law.School-based is a type of rural primary school as the educationalbase and education-led type,with the function of satisfying the learning aspirations of all members of the community,respecting the individual development of the free and systematic heritage of traditional culture.It has the advantages of carrying forward the spirit of inheriting traditional culture,integrating school and social resources,lacking necessary social psychology and cultural foundation,and lacking the quantity and quality of rural teachers.In practice,it is suggested to strengthen traditional culture education,cultivate the backbone of rural teachers and develop local curriculum resources.Autonomous-growth is in a certain local cultural soil and atmosphere,based on the individual and grass-roots independent development of learning needs,and spontaneous growth,dynamic choice of social ecological education type,with the functions of self-initiated educational activities,performing social service and diversified teaching content;having the advantage of giving full play to the emotional wisdom of the residents and strengthening the equal dialogue and democratic consultation among the members of the community;at the same time,the lack of cultural and educational institutions and the lack of suitable population.In practice,it is suggested that social resources should be excavated,cultural institutions should be integrated and fair consciousness should be strengthened.On the basis of the analysis of the above types,the author thinks that it is necessary to balance the development power of the main body of education and to establish an integrated rural community education community of "autonomy,school and government".It has the advantages of paying close attention to the compatibility of individual and the world,narrowing the difference between school education and community life,and taking into account the advantages of difference and similarity.In practice,it suggests that we should base ourselves on the grassroots,respect the local land,give play to the leading role of the government and integrate all resources within the community.
