Education is the foundation of a nation,and talent is the source of great power.Compulsory education is the most important education work and the core part,is a national effort to carry out and guarantee of public welfare undertakings,is a priority to the development of public foundation,is the basic cause of poverty.School education should strengthen the development of sports work,so that students can master basic sports skills skillfully while learning professional sports knowledge,so as to cultivate good habits of physical exercise.School sports is an important part of education,which plays a unique and important role in the process of cultivating all-round talents with moral,intellectual and physical development for the society and the country.In compulsory education,physical education as the important content of school based education has an irreplaceable importance,causes the student to improve the physical quality,study the movement of sports health knowledge,master professional skills,cultivate a lifelong sports consciousness,to promote the healthy development of our country school sports has far-reaching significance.In our country is affected by the unique environment of urban and rural duality economic structure,there was some difference of development level of rural and town,the economic development level difference is bigger,a serious gap between the rich and the poor.The development level of local economy directly affects and restricts the local education level and education quality.Due to economic income gap between the east and the west,developed regions and underdeveloped regions,urban and rural sports development further widening gap,especially in the northwest impoverished areas affected by various subjective and objective factors and the reality and the limitation of historical condition,the rural education are not enough attention,a direct impact on the development of education and promote.Rural education as the main body of basic education in China,for now the rural education is comparatively weak link of the basic education in China,and poor areas of rural school physical education backward economic,traditional ideas,the influence of the local natural environment and so on various aspects and the limit is weak in the weak.Through the basic situation of rural schools in poor areas to the local area,the basic situation of school physical education and sports teaching present situation investigation and study,accurately find out the crux of the local existence and problems,combining with the actual situation of local poor areas,to seek practical countermeasures and solutions,help the rural school physical education in poverty-stricken areas out of a development path suited to local economy and the environment,is to break thebottleneck situation of school sports in poverty-stricken areas have encountered the most effective way.As the sports result into an examination result,the development of rural school sports in poverty-stricken areas facing new opportunities and challenges,to promote the development of the poverty-stricken areas of rural school sports has the very vital significance.In poor areas in gansu province this paper-minqin county rural junior high school as the research object,through to the local actual situation investigation and understanding of and access to relevant literature data targeted the design of the questionnaire,from multiple perspectives and comprehensive investigation of minqin county rural junior high school sports all aspects of the status quo,to seek the main problems existing in sports school,according to the actual geographical conditions and economic conditions in the region for the region characteristics of the school sports development,reasonable,feasible Suggestions and countermeasures to reform,to poverty-stricken areas in minqin county in gansu province rural middle school sports development to provide useful and scientific reference basis.The research results show that:The number of physical education teachers in rural middle schools in minqin county,a poverty-stricken area of gansu province,basically meets the requirements of national standards on physical education.The majority of physical education teachers in the school are middle-aged and elderly,and the lack of young blood and vitality in the teaching team may cause the phenomenon of physical education teaching fault.Degree structure in line with the state of the basic requirements for primary and secondary school physical education teacher education and professional title structure,and physical education teachers is relatively low in the same age and seniority other subjects teachers' title.Everyday tired of heavy workload and physical education teachers,but also to assist the school related departments in charge of logistics and security of the school work,low pay and benefits,low class fees,no sports clothing expense,to attend less learning,training and continuing education opportunities.The opening of physical education courses is basically in line with the national standards,but the actual opening rate is greatly reduced due to the unique local climate conditions.Spring sandstorm affected local,make physical education curriculum can not be carried out in outdoor,indoor sports classroom without content,teaching quality is not high,so in the spring sports classroom optional sex is bigger.Single school extracurricular sports activities,organization form free and there is no specific organization or organizer,students participate in the optional the gender isbig,and other subjects teachers literally take up this period of time,there is no guarantee that extracurricular activities of the time,the school extracurricular sports activities can't meet the requirement of the state,the hours of sports,this will not be able to meet the basic needs students fun and exercise.Both the development of physical education and extracurricular activities,serious lack of school facilities,directly affects the quality and effect of students physical exercise,and there is no specific school sports funds for sports equipment facilities maintenance or supplement.Most schools do not have the equipment to measure the students' physique,and cannot organize the students' physique measurement accurately and on time.In addition,some schools do not pay attention to students' physical fitness monitoring,so they cannot grasp the students' physical health condition,and thus cannot formulate the specific exercise plan and teaching objectives of the next stage scientifically.
