Kindergarten is an important part of the community,is the main place to community for preschool education,is also the community an important cultural center.Kindergarten and community cooperation have become the social focus of promoting the quality of pre-school education.Especially in the rural areas of ethnic minorities,it is an important way to promote the quality of local pre-school education due to the low social development and the strengthening of cooperation between kindergartens and communities.In the process of kindergarten and community cooperation,kindergartens can make use of various resources of the community to better play the cultural radiation role of kindergartens.Community by participating in the kindergarten education teaching activities,provide support and assistance to kindergarten.To share and complement the resources,to form a strong education force,to create a good education environment for the development of children.This study used the field survey method of anthropology to select the R community of shangri-la county of yunnan province as a case study,and then analyzed the education ecological environment of kindergarten and community cooperation from three aspects: community environment,kindergarten environment and external environment,and explored the basis of the cooperative education of kindergarten and community.After in-depth study of the site,through the participation observation and informal interview of kindergarten teachers,parents and community personnel,the strategies of kindergarten and community cooperation are summarized from four aspects: fund raising,activity setting and teaching staff construction.That is,to invest primarily in individuals and to raise funds for diversification;Based on national culture,the activities are diversified.With the professional teachers as the main body,the teachingstaff construction diversification.Taking kindergarten as the leading place,the communication platform of garden society is diversified.In the process of the field investigation found that produced the cooperation strategy for young children and community members,have important influence on community,kindergartens,main show is: to promote the formation of the interpersonal relationship network;To promote the inheritance and protection of national traditional culture;Create a new pattern of kindergarten,promote the education fair.The ultimate goal of education is to promote human development,to realize the "safety and development" of educatees,so as to realize the sustainable development of education.To study the strategies of kindergarten and community cooperation,to create a good education ecological environment,and ultimately to promote human development.Found during the field investigation,kindergarten and community in the process of strategy implementation of the existing cooperation produced,there are still some shortage,embodied in: the participation of people subject ability lack;Cooperation lacks systematic management mechanism;Lack of strong administrative support.Therefore,in order to realize the kindergarten and community cooperation strategy to achieve sustainable development of women,to the kindergarten,community,government departments work together.Increase the openness of kindergarten and activate the endogenous participation motivation of community members;Construct interpersonal relations network to improve the quality of teacher;We will give full play to the role of the government in supporting the cooperation.
