Nanjing Community Pre-school Education Status Quo, The Crux Of The Problem And Countermeasures

The education of person is a systematical project. But for a long time ,only kindergarten and family have taken on heavy responsibility for their children's preschool education in our country. The whole society participate preschool education is not enough. With the development of society, this kind of closed preschool education system obviously can't fit the needs of our era any more. Under such backgrounds, Community preschool education has arisen and is increasingly becoming a hotspot in the world of preschool education nowadays. Thus, it is practically meaningful to study the community preschool education in Nanjing.Community preschool education, which is to close contacts among the community, kindergartens and families, can also help each preschool child and adult in the community have opportunity to receive good education by fine cooperation between teachers and workers of community. The dissertation expounds the community preschool education in Nanjing from three perspectives: present situation, crux and countermeasure. On the basis of analyzing investigatory data, author make a summary that in Nanjing the community preschool education model centering in kindergarten has been shaped. By ways of investigation and visit, author brings to light and gives analysis to the present problems of community preschool education, such as, people's different values and attitudes to community preschool education, no close-knit relationship between kindergarten and community , no enough funds and supporting laws for community preschool education, etc. Finally author provides a specific strategy regarding fine operation of community preschool education.
