Recalling the history of the development of MOOCs,MOOCs has created countless miracles.It is a product created by the deep integration of information technology and education.It has many functions.It provides high quality education resources free to the public,realizes personalized learning,saves educational costs,promotes teaching reforms and Other functions.Since the advent of MOOCs in 2008,it has been ten years since the beginning of the year.MOOCs has made great achievements.MOOCs is in full swing all over the world.Such as the platforms of MOOCs,the schools joining the wave of MOOCs,and the learners of MOOCs have been increasing.The research report published by UNESCO in 2015,Rethinking Education,states that MOOCs has become an important platform for expanding the accessibility of higher education and online education innovation.However,people are concerned that this type of education may increase inequality,focus on pedagogy,quality assurance,low completion rate,and recognition and certification of learning.As a result,the development of MOOCs has attracted people's strong concerns.With the development of MOOCs,the community's critique of MOOCs has never stopped,lack of interaction,curriculum certification system is not perfect,high dropout rates,Unable to learn deeply,still maintaining traditional teaching methods.......It is undeniable that the integration of technology and education is an irreversible trend in the process of educational informatization in the world today.As the most incisive brush in education informatization,we must think: What is the value of MOOCs? With the development of MOOCs,the value of MOOCs has begun to appear on multiple levels,and the research results on the value of MOOCs are very fragmented,and they are mostly discussed at the micro level.The thesis will examine the value of MOOC from the subjective perspective of the MOOC learners and teachers,and then examine the value of MOOCs from the perspective of sociology,pedagogy,and psychology.On this basis,the practical dilemmas of MOOCs are further scrutinized in five perspectives: perspective orientation,technical support,educational concepts,education system and qualityevaluation.The papers are divided into four parts.In the first part,the overall situation of MOOCs teaching is summarized.First,it clarifies the historical development of MOOCs,including the historical background of the birth of MOOCs,the development of MOOCs and the status quo of MOOCs.Secondly,the basic principles of MOOCs teaching are summarized,and the concepts related to MOOCs and distance education,online public courses,national exquisite courses,Microlecture,and flipping classrooms are introduced.The connotation,essence and characteristics of MOOCs teaching are analyzed;The famous MOOCs case describes the form of operation.The second part examines the value of MOOCs.The thesis examines the value of MOOCs from the perspective of subject and subject.First of all,the subjective perspective is based on learners and teachers.Teachers and students are pursuing whether or not it is beneficial to their own development.From the perspective of learners,MOOCs can truly achieve the individualized learning of learners,satisfy the learners' multiple purposes and improve the efficiency of learning.From the teacher's point of view,MOOCs can improve the teaching level of teachers and obtain them.A certain return will deepen teachers' understanding of students and provide new ways for teacher training.Second,the perspective of sociology seeks the social benefits of MOOCs.Therefore,MOOCs education can promote the redistribution of educational resources,ease the pressure on higher education,reduce the cost of education,strengthen the competitiveness of education,and achieve a flatter education.Again,the perspective of pedagogy focuses on the role and meaning of motto in educating people.Based on two key elements of educating people-curriculum and teaching,the advantages and innovations in the curriculum development,curriculum resources,curriculum organization and learning evaluation of MOOCs,and the advantages and innovations in teaching philosophy and teaching methods of MOOCs,To discuss the significance and role of MOOCs in educating people.Finally,the perspective of psychology pursues the role of MOOCs in human subjectivity andinnovation.MOOCs pays full attention to the subjectivity of the person,advocates the exchanges and dialogues among the participants,and pays attention to the situation of learning.The third part is the practice dilemma of MOOCs.From the main perspective and the subject perspective,the value of MOOCs is multidimensional,and it is logical to putit under its own perspective,but there are conflicts between multiple perspectives,weak technical support,lagged education concept,solidified education system,and quality evaluation missing.These five are the predicaments in the reality of MOOCs.The fourth part is the summary and reflection.The paper concludes that MOOCs has different values from different perspectives,but the realization of these values depends on changes in concepts,technologies,systems,and mechanisms.It can also be used as a guide to the sound development of MOOCs.
