Research On The Construction Of The Higher Vocational College Dormitory Culture Based On The Perspective Of Corporate Culture

Higher vocational students’ dormitory is a place where higher vocational students’ learning, life, entertainment and communication in one place, and the dormitory culture of Higher Vocational Students’ dormitory culture is conducive to the cultivation of students’ good living habits. In today’s learning society and the era of high vocational school enterprise cooperation, strengthen the students with higher vocational characteristics of the building, is to achieve the party’s eighteen major determination of the "cultivation of professional ideals, professional pursuit, high-quality technical skills talents" needs of higher vocational education and vocational colleges connotation development of the inevitable requirement, for Higher Vocational Students Ideological and moral, professional quality improvement has important practical significance.At present, we have achieved some success in the construction of dormitory culture in higher vocational college students, but there are some problems in Higher Vocational Students’ dormitory environment, such as the lack of educational function, the lack of dormitory learning atmosphere, and the enthusiasm of students to participate in dormitory culture. The academic community to broaden the thinking, from a multidimensional perspective, with the characteristics of vocational students in the dormitory culture construction, strengthen and improve the construction of dormitory culture, will achieve higher vocational colleges, higher vocational students, business and social win-win situation, to promote higher vocational colleges to cultivate the skills of skilled personnel to better serve the effectiveness of society.This paper will study the scope of the study of the higher vocational college dormitory culture construction based on the corporate culture. Firstly, the questionnaire survey and interview methods were used to investigate the students dormitory culture construction in higher vocational colleges. The problems and their causes were analyzed, and the requirements of enterprise culture construction in higher vocational college students were analyzed. The paper also analyzed the experience of building a higher vocational college dormitory culture based on corporate culture and the cultural integration of the students.
