| Secondary vocational education is an important part of China’s vocational education,shouldering the cultivation of excellent skilled talents for all walks of life in the country,the development of high-quality skilled talents trained by secondary vocational schools reflects its value significance to the development of society and enterprises,and also has important significance for the development of individual students.At present,secondary vocational students are still the main force in the construction of Chinese Dream in China,and will be distributed in various industries of socialist modernization after graduation.Therefore,it is the requirement of social and industry development to require secondary vocational school students to improve their quality while they are engaged in professional skills.This study takes the students of three secondary vocational schools in Guiyang as the research object,through the data obtained by questionnaire survey and the arrangement of interview contents,analyzes and summarizes the four aspects of the material culture of the dormitory,the culture of the dormitory system,the spirit culture of the dormitory and the behavior culture of the dormitory students,and draws the following conclusions: the material culture construction of the dormitory in the sample school still can not meet the needs of the students;the dormitory management system basically meets the needs of the development of the school and the students,but there are still shortcomings;the number of spiritual and cultural activities in the dormitory can not meet the needs of the students,and the students’ cognition of the party and regiment culture is relatively lacking;Secondary vocational students in the smartphone popularity of dormitory behavior has been affected.On the basis of the attribution analysis of school funds,the attitude of the school to the construction of dormitory culture,the development of dormitory activities and the characteristics of students’ groups,the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the construction of dormitory culture in Guiyang secondary vocational school :1.Improve dormitory facilities and optimize dormitory environment;2.Improve the management team’s cognition and improve the construction of dormitory system;3.Innovate the form and content of dormitory activities and do well the implantation of core culture;4.Guide students’ values and cultivate their good habits.Finally,based on the identity of the secondary vocational schools in Guizhou Province and the common problems in the construction of dormitory culture,the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of dormitory culture in secondary vocational schools in Guizhou Province are put forward. |
