With the expansion of the scale of higher education,college students generally lack a sense of aptitude panic,have negative learning psychology,learning burnout,moral disengagement and academic cheating,which seriously affect the learning quality of college students.This is a great challenge to the growth of college students' physical and mental health,the construction of learning political parties and the social stability and development of China.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the study of college students' psychology.However,there are few studies on learning burnout,moral disengagement and academic cheating.What is the current situation of learning burnout,moral disengagement and academic cheating?What are the reasons behind the status quo? What is the relationship between the three? Does learning burnout have a significant predictive effect on academic cheating? Does moral withdrawal affect the role of learning burnout in academic cheating? The academic circle lacks the thorough discussion to these questions,its result is not yet known.Based on the above facts,this paper,taking T University undergraduates as an example,makes an empirical investigation on the present situation of learning burnout,moral disengagement and academic cheating by means of questionnaire,and focuses on learning burnout.The relationship between moral disengagement and academic cheating,as well as the intermediary role of moral deduction,the results show that:1.In terms of learning burnout,the level of learning burnout and the overall level of learning burnout in the dimensions of emotional depression,behavioral misconduct and overall learning burnout were relatively light,significantly lower than the theoretical average level,which indicated that there was no general negative learning state and behavior of college students.However,the level of learning burnout of college students on the low dimension of sense of achievement is relatively serious,which is significantly higher than the theoretical average level,which indicates that it is difficult for college students to experience the fun of learning in the process of learning.In the face of heavy homework tasks,it is easy to create the psychology of fear of difficulties or self-denial,and it is difficult to maintain long-term learning motivation,thus affecting the accumulation of learning.Polarity.There are some significant gender differences,grade differences,class differences,student origindifferences,only child differences,major voluntary choice differences and learning achievements.2.In the aspect of moral disengagement,college students in euphemism label,moral defense,responsibility transfer,dehumanization,blame attribution,favorable comparison,distortion of results,The moral deduction level and the overall moral deduction level in the eight dimensions of responsibility dispersion are relatively low,which is significantly lower than the theoretical average level,which indicates that college students have higher moral quality,and their moral behavior status is more optimistic and positive.There are some significant gender differences,grade differences,professional differences,differences in the origin of students,and so on.Whether the only child difference,the political appearance difference,the specialty voluntary choice difference and the study achievement difference.3.In the aspect of academic cheating,the overall learning cheating behavior of college students is relatively few,which is significantly lower than the theoretical average level.This shows that college students generally perform well in academic cheating and have a high academic integrity.However,through further data analysis,only 12.7% of college students said they had never cheated in the last academic year,which shows that although the frequency of cheating is not high,the phenomenon of cheating is relatively common.There are some significant gender differences,grade differences,professional differences,class differences,and differences of students' origin in learning burnout among college students.Differences in political outlook and academic achievement.4.Moral disengagement plays a completely mediating role in learning burnout prediction of academic cheating behavior and has a significant positive effect on academic cheating behavior.That is,the more serious the students' learning burnout is,the higher their moral evading level is,and the more their behavior of academic deception is,the less their learning burnout is,the lower their moral evasion level is.There will be less academic fraud.Based on the above research results,this paper analyzes the causes of learning burnout,moral disengagement and academic cheating,and further discusses the countermeasures and suggestions of overcoming college students' learning burnout,reducing moral deduction and reducing academic cheating from four aspects of social environment,university management,family education and individual physical and mental development of students.It providestheoretical basis and practical guidance for college students' learning and education.
