Facing the ever-changing competitive situation,in order to better achieve the strategic objectives,enterprises must follow the changes of the environment to carry out appropriate organizational structure changes.According to the strategic objectives of Y company,a new organizational structure has been adjusted,and the reform of the enterprise has been completed by means of organizational structure reform.This paper takes Y company in human resource outsourcing industry as an example,analyzes the relevant theories of organizational structure change on the basis of combing the existing research,and finally analyzes the process of organizational structure change.The process of organizational structure change of Y company includes three steps: firstly,combing and summarizing the organizational structure of Y company;Secondly,it is analyzed in detail;Finally,it evaluates the effect of organizational structure reform.This paper combs the development process of Y company,then introduces the existing organizational structure and personnel situation,diagnoses the problems of Y company’s organizational structure through questionnaire survey,and then analyzes the necessity of Y company’s reform by combing the internal and external influencing factors of organizational structure reform in the literature and combining with the actual situation.Due to the change of external environment and the adjustment of internal shareholder structure,the development strategy of Y company needs to be adjusted.Therefore,the strategic development direction of Y company is confirmed.On this basis,this paper analyzes the objectives and key points of Y company’s organizational structure reform in the fourth chapter,presents the content and results of Y company’s new organizational structure design scheme,and finally analyzes the effect of the implementation of the above scheme.On the whole,whether it is the satisfaction of stakeholders,the evaluation of organizational structure adjustment or the overall efficiency of the organization,Y company has achieved good results in the above aspects after the implementation of the organizational structure reform,which indicates that the organizational structure reform is more successful and can basically meet the needs of the adjustment strategy,but there are still some problems,such as the high degree of centralization,the low level of management,the low level of management and the low level of management There are some problems in some important functions and the loss of some employees.This also provides a new direction for Y company to further optimize the organizational structure. |
