During February 4th to 20 th,2022,the 24 th Winter Olympic Games will be held in Beijing and Zhangjiakou City of Heibei Provience jointly.This will the first time for China to host the Winter Olympics,and the third time of China to host Olympics events after Beijing Olympic Games,and Nanjing Youth Olympic Games.Thus,Beijing will become the first city in the history to host both the Summer Olympic Games and the Winter Olympic Games.What is more,Beijing will become the second capital city to host the Winter Olympic Games,70 years after Norway-based Oslo since 1952.At the same time,China will also become a country that has held five Olympic Events.In the context of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games,Heilongjiang Province,home to the largest amount of China's ice and snow resources,shall make full use of the opportunity of the Winter Olympics to speed up the development of the province's snow and ice tourism and promote local economic growth.Heilongjiang Yabuli is the earliest tourist ski area in China,while Yabuli Sunmountain ski Resort is the most important business in Yabuli Ski area,the birthplace of China's mass skiing tourism,and China's first destination-oriented international ski resort.It holds an important position in China's Public Skiing history.However,due to the lack of regional economic development,the lack of skiing popularization,and the crucial problems in business management and operation,Yabuli Sunmountain ski Resort has been operated poorly in the recent years.Especially,comparing to other major skiing resorts and tourism areas,lack of systematic management in marketing has resulted in serious marketing lag,affecting the corporate itself and the development of the Yabuli region.This paper first analyzes the development process of Yabuli Sunmountain ski Resort,highlights the specific problems of sales&marketing work at Yabuli Sunmountain ski Resort,and then accordingly puts forward the improvement measures.The paper offered customized solutions to Yabuli Sunmountain ski Resort marketing issues,in line with its characteristics and development requirements,mainly from the perspective of strengthening the position of the corporate and its products,establishing reasonable marketing channels andprofessional crew,making use of Internet marketing and other resources.With abundant researches and analyses,this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures to promote the development of marketing work in Yabuli Sunmountain ski Resort.The results of this study will not only give practical guidance to the sales&marketing work of Yabuli Sunmountain ski Resort,but also have reference value for the marketing work of other ski resorts in China.
