Education training has become one of the most dynamic industries under the new era,the training industry has great development space.In recent years,the average annual growth rate of training industry remains more than 30%in our country,presenting the fast development trend of training industry,including the extracurricular English training industry.Since the education department promulgated the "conditions for running the school of social forces",many private training institutions have developed,such as New Oriental International Education Group.After China's entry into the WTO,to integrate with the world,English became the common language.With the continuous improvement of people's living standard and emphasis on education,there are more and more students choosing to study abroad.Foreign language training institutions so that ushered in the flourishing stage,including the local education brand,the international education brand.The industry also stands out from the start of the New Oriental International Education Group,with many training institutions competing with each other.In the fierce market competition,marketing ability is the key to the development of an English training institution.This paper uses New Channel English Training School in Nanning as the research object,on the basis of fully grasping the basic situation of the enterprise.First,the PEST analysis is adopted to analyze the macro environment of New Channel in Nanning.The paper combines with Porter Five Full Parsing Model of training industry environment,to understand the current external competitive environment.Secondly,combining with the characteristics of the training school,the advantages and disadvantages are comprehensively analyzed,and a detailed SWOT strategy combination is developed.Finally,from the perspective of the 7Ps service marketing mix,it makes suggestions for improving the marketing countermeasures of Nanning New Channel.Based on the current development trend of social marketing,this paper analyzes Nanning New Channel marketing strategy and makes consultation,putting forward practical marketing strategy of improvement,also playing a guiding role for many current training school competitiveness promotion.
