In recent years,with the continuous increase of China’s per capita income and the full liberalization of the second-child policy,extracurricular tutoring has flourished and the market share has expanded rapidly.The large,medium and small extracurricular tutoring training institutions have expanded rapidly,and the number has increased sharply.The development of training companies has brought huge challenges.This article takes QH education and training company as an example,using literature analysis,case analysis,market research and other analytical methods,respectively introduces the current situation of QH education and training company in marketing,using Porter’s five forces analysis model and PEST analysis The model made a specific analysis of the current QH education training company’s internal and external marketing environment,and through the SWOT analysis method,it made a specific analysis of the current marketing situation’s advantages and disadvantages,as well as the opportunities and challenges faced,and found the current QH education training company through the analysis.There are some specific problems in marketing: the company’s education product target market segmentation and positioning are not accurate enough;the company’s education products are more homogenized;the company’s product service differentiation is not obvious enough;the company’s education product pricing lacks differentiation,etc..At the same time,through market research,the reasons for the marketing strategy problems were found: the company’s judgment on the market was not accurate enough,and the data was insufficient;the company’s education product innovation was insufficient;the company’s product service quality was not ideal;the company’s product pricing was clearly unified.In view of the reasons for these problems,this article uses the differentiated marketing theory as the main theoretical basis to propose a differentiated marketing strategy for QH education: firstly,improve the accuracy of QH education training company’s market segmentation and target market positioning;secondly,the development is extremely competitive Strengthen and differentiate new products and make every effort to build core products;secondly,improve the company’s product service quality to reflect differentiation;and finally put forward a reasonable differentiated pricing strategy.Combining the differentiated marketing strategy,propose corresponding safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the differentiated marketing strategy.Through the research on the optimization of the differentiated marketing strategy of the QH education and training company,one is to optimize the company’s marketing strategy to play a good reference role,and the other is to provide a market for other similar companies in the education and training industry.Marketing strategies provide certain help and reference value.
