With the development of modern enterprise informatization,IS project management has become an important part of corporate performance improvement. However, there are many examples of IS project failure, which has aroused concern for IS success in the research field. In existing studies,it has been found that human behavior plays an important role in IS success. In addition, extant research on IS user behavior has focused on in-role behaviors such as IS adoption, usage and continuance usage, while paid little attentions on extra-role behaviors such as organizational citizenship behavior(OCB).Organizational citizenship behavior is a kind of voluntary behavior which is beneficial to organizational performance. With the application of information technology in organizations, the boundary of employee's task becomes ambiguous, and employee's OCB plays an important role in achieving performance. Therefore, this study analyzes the IS user's OCB and explores the antecedents of it,trying to reveal another path for the company to improve IS performance, namely,to foster and encourage user's OCB to improve IS performance.Based on literature review and interviews, this study analyzes the relevant dimensions of IS user's OCB and discusses the impact of each dimension on IS performance. To test the conceptual model and proposed research hypotheses, this study takes the IS user of information enterprise as the research object. In the data processing procedure,SPSS and AMOS are used to test the proposed model and hypotheses with data descriptive analysis, reliability analysis and validity analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis.Empirical results shows that optimization, active learning, conscientiousness and innovating have significant positive influence on IS performance. On this basis, the antecedents of IS user's OCB is explored based on the perspective of emotion and ability. The empirical results show that the individual's ability, emotion and organizational factors have a significant impact on IS user's OCB,perceived organizational support positively moderated the relationship between ability and IS user's OCB,perceived organizational justice positively moderated the relationship between emotion and IS user's OCB,and that negatively moderated the relationship between ability and IS user's OCB.For the different dimensions of IS user's OCB,the differences of its antecedent variables are analyzed,so that the formation mechanism of IS user's OCB is demonstrated more concretely and clearly. The theoretical contribution of this study mainly reflects in: Firstly, extant research on IS user's behavior has focused on in-role behaviors such as IS adoption, usage and continuance usage, while paid little attentions on extra-role behaviors such as organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, this study theoretically extends the type of IS user's behavior research;Secondly, extant research on IS user's behavior has mainly focused on perceptual perspective, however, this study based on the perspective of emotion and ability, which theoretically expands the perspective of IS user's behavior research;Thirdly, existing research has mainly focused on the direct influence of individual or organizational factors on IS user's behavior, this study demonstrated the interaction between organizational factors and individuals' ability and emotion, thereby deepening the research on the antecedents of IS user's behavior. This study provides some management implications for the practice field:(1)In order to improve IS performance, enterprises need to encourage IS user to implement OCB;(2)In order to promote the IS user's OCB,enterprises need to improve users' operational skill and arouse the positive emotions of users;(3)Organizational factors have a direct impact on IS user's OCB and will interact with individual's emotion and ability, which means that enterprises need to provide a good IS application environment. Finally, this study discusses the limitations of the research and provide directions for future research.
