Any kind of culture and the advancement of technology,the development of any kind of civilization,are inseparable from the "innovative" credit,innovation is the soul of each nation,is the forward motivation of each country.Innovative strength is the core competitiveness of a country,which is intrinsic motivation that directly determines the status of a national competition in the world,which is to make the country strong and prosperous,economic and social modernization,people's happiness.And this innovative strength needs large quantities of innovative talents to support for it,and then more colleges and universities have the main irreplaceable responsibility to cultivate innovative talents.Because of "The question of Qian",we started analysis innovative talents of colleges and universities training mode.Comparing American Innovative Talents Training Mode,try to list similarities and differences,in order to find any appropriate recommendations helping colleges and universities of China to improve Innovative Training Mode.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is finding the original expressed of putting forward the proposition of "The question of Qian",elaborate analysis the the meaning and essence "The question of Qian",thereby causing Thoughts on the Innovative Training Mode of Higher Education.The second chapter is mainly elaborate analysis from Talent Principles and Talents Training Principles of Higher Education two parts,to explore the quality of innovative talents,the impact of environmental factors on personnel training,as well as connotation of Higher Education and its Personnel Training Objective.The third and fourth chapters are the study of American and Chinese Talent Training Mode,including The educational philosophy,Curriculum,The direction of Personnel training systems,Infrastructure,and The cultural environment.The fifth chapter is the comparative analysis of Chinese and American College Personnel Training Modes.Affirmed the training model of traditional culture conducive to Innovation Training,as also notice our country pay more and more attention to innovation training,in the curriculum system,talent evaluation system,institutional system,infrastructure of libraries and laboratories,cultural environment have so much achievements,improving our Innovative Training System.After comparing with the United States,there are still some insufficient in our Talent Training Mode.This was reflected in the traditional concept of Personnel Training,the United States stressed "Individualism","Equality and Freedom","Sharing",while Chinese are more emphasis on "Collectivism" and "Respect for teachers and Emphasizing moral".The difference between the two training models is,American universities personal training is standing the view of "human",focusing on students' individual characteristics,students have equal opportunity to communicate with the power,created freedom and integrity environment of academic,therefore cultivate so many high-quality innovative talents.The direction of the University Talents Training Mode in our country is paid more attention to Similar,Standardized,Closed-oriented,lack of respect and recognition for the value of different kinds of students,leading to training mode arise some utilitarian factors,thus have more limiting for innovative talents training opportunities and room.The sixth chapter talking about based on the comparison of the conclusions making the suggestions for our Innovative Training Mode,Involved: Establish a people-centered concept of education,strengthening education the cornerstone of personalized;Optimize course system,Promote communicate of different subjects,Increase student practice,Optimization student evaluation system;Speed up infrastructure construction,especially the infrastructure services;Let the social full of respect,encouragement,tolerance to people,Built freedom,integrity,democracy academic environment of the university.
