The innovative ability is not only an important criterion for measuring the quality of graduate education,but also the most important pursuit of graduate education,which runs through the whole process of cultivating.Strengthening postgraduates' innovative ability is not only an important mission for higher education and innovative education,but also an inevitable requirement for the construction of an innovative country.As a key link in the cultivation of high-level,high quality and innovative top-notch talents,the research on the training mechanism of the innovative ability of graduate students has become a hot topic in the academic field.This article is based on the perspective of innovative education,based on the theory of multiple intelligence and synergy theory,using interdisciplinary knowledge such as management science,pedagogy and literature research methods,comparative analysis methods,investigation and research methods,and so on.It combines the current situation and problems of the cultivation mechanism of postgraduate's innovative ability in Universities of Guangdong,through the summary and analysis of the practice and experience of the innovative education of graduate students in foreign universities,and the countermeasures are put forward to improve the training mechanism of the innovative ability of the graduate students in Guangdong from many aspects,so as to provide references for better promoting the development of innovative education.The paper is composed of six parts.The first part is the introduction,combing the relevant literature,understanding the latest developments,putting forward the background and significance of the research,summarizing the research status at home and abroad,and introducing the methods and ideas of writing.The second part defines the relevant concepts and theoretical explanations,and defines the concept of innovation education,postgraduates' innovation ability and training mechanism,and elaborates the theory of multiple intelligence and synergy theories.The third part is based on the investigation and understanding of the cultivation of postgraduates' innovative ability in Guangdong universities,combing the present situation of its innovation ability training mechanism,and analyzed the existing problems in depth according to the results of the investigation.The fourth part takes the United States,Japan,and other countries as examples to introduce the practice of foreign universities in cultivating postgraduates' innovative ability,summarizing their valuable experiences and gaining useful inspiration for China.The fifth part puts forward the suggestions for improving the cultivation mechanism of postgraduates' innovative ability in Guangdong universities,the detailed analysis will be carried out in aspects such as enrollment,curriculum teaching,tutor,scientific research practice,and incentive evaluation mechanism.The sixth part summarizes the full text and proposes deficiencies and puts forward some shortcomings.Through the study,the following basic understanding is formed:(1)Innovative education with the goal of cultivating students' innovative ability as a new type of education concept is gradually being paid attention by all countries in the world.China also pays more and more attention to innovative education.A series of related policies and documents formulated and promulgated by the state,local governments and universities have played an important role in promoting the development of innovation education.(2)Although Guangdong universities have made great progress in the cultivation of postgraduates' innovative ability,there is still a certain gap compared with foreign universities.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that some universities in Guangdong still have problems such as imperfect enrollment mechanism,unreasonable curriculum system and weak scientific research practice.(3)Through the comparison and analysis of the practice and experience of the training mechanism of graduate students' innovative ability in America and Japan,the successful experience in innovative education is summarized,such as the flexible and diverse teaching methods,the perfect incentive evaluation mechanism and the emphasis on the cooperation of production,and so on,are used for reference in our universities to promote the innovative development of education.(4)To improve the training mechanism of postgraduate's innovative ability in Guangdong's universities,it is necessary to make efforts in enrollment,curriculum teaching,scientific research practice,incentives,and evaluation mechanisms,actively exploring the ways of cultivating innovative talents,promoting the innovation ability of graduate students,conscientiously carrying out the strategy of innovation driven development,so as to realize the goal of the construction of innovative country.
