Construction Of Innovative Method Training System For College Students

Innovation is the driving force for a nation’s advancement and it can constantly promote the development of the country.At present,the concept of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is deeply rooted in people’s minds,and innovative methods have increasingly demonstrated the role of innovation in training guidance.The university period is a crucial period for the formation of innovation ability.Colleges and universities are the frontline for the cultivation of innovative talents."Independent innovation,method first",the integration of scientific principles and methods into the entire process of innovative education for college students,can effectively improve the quality of innovative talents.Exploring the construction of the innovative method training system for college students has become an important measure for colleges and universities today.It is an objective requirement for improving the quality of higher education in our country,building a "double-class" university,and an inevitable choice for creating innovative talents required by society.However,the current lack of research in innovative method theories in universities,the disconnection between innovative methods and professional competence training,the lack of innovative methods in the curriculum,and the misunderstandings in the construction of innovation bases limit the cultivation to some extent.This article first interprets the related concepts of innovation method course and innovation ability training,and analyzes the mutual relationship between the two.Undergraduates’ training in innovative methods is the key to the cultivation of creative talents in colleges and universities.Innovative methods are not only an important constituent element of innovation ability,but also the basis for creating innovative thinking and innovative spirit.Afterwards,a case study was made on the current situation of innovative training for college students,and the results and deficiencies of innovation ability training in the current education process were discussed in depth.Finally,combining the elements of innovation method training,through the establishment of innovative methods and multi-level curriculum system,strengthening the training of innovative thinking;integrating innovation method courses into professional construction,implementing the transformation of innovation ability training achievements;integrating innovative methodologies into the construction of innovative practice bases and creating innovations The training environment for talents,the improvement of the teaching methods of innovative methods,and the improvement of students’ innovative ability;the creation of an evaluation system for innovation capabilities and the correction of deviations in the cultivation process,etc.,attempted to construct a training system for innovative methods.
