Taekwondo originated in the Korean Peninsula,North Korea initially for a variety of folk martial arts,in the development process of the two thousand years,drawing on the essence of Chinese Wushu and Japanese karate technology,has gradually become a set of etiquette,boxing kicking in one of the sports items.Nowadays,Taekwondo has become the most special traditional sport of the Korean nation,and is one of the events of Korean national athletics,Wu Yi and entertainment.Since the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games,taekwondo competitions as for the first time after entering the Olympic Games,because of the effect of Taekwondo fitness,special education,education,and other unique and gentle heart Taekwondo Association organizations such as management and event stimulation,in our country continue to develop,and the number of exercises increased year by year.Compared with other fighting events,Taekwondo has its own distinctive characteristics and has strong attraction for consumers,which has great market space and development opportunities.With the expansion of Taekwondo market,the gap of Taekwondo professionals is bigger and bigger.As a hotbed of talent training,higher education has opened Taekwondo major in many universities.However,undergraduate education as a diploma education has great limitations in the training of applied talents,and the limitation of ideas leads to the fact that most college graduates are unwilling to enter the club and are willing to choose teachers as a lifelong occupation.This makes the increasing social sports market and the training of Taekwondo professionals lose balance.As a part of higher education,vocational education has its own unique advantages in cultivating applied talents.Higher vocational education focuses on employment orientation,and ultimately comes from enterprises.It solves the contradiction between the increase of social sports market and the training of Taekwondo talents.With the needs of the market,the national professional colleges and universities sports professional have opened Taekwondo project.But due to the influence of factors such as school running idea,teaching input and teachers level,the training level of Taekwondo professionals in Jiangxi vocational colleges is uneven.With the rapid development of Taekwondo,the urgent demand of Taekwondo talents,what kinds of Taekwondo talents and how to train professional talents of Taekwondo has become a practical problem of Taekwondo specialty in higher vocational colleges.Through the analysis and study of the training mode of Taekwondo in Jiangxi Tourism and Commerce College,this paper draws the following conclusions:First,at present,there are some problems in the training of Taekwondo talents in highervocational colleges,such as the inaccurate orientation of talents training,the mismatch between curriculum and social needs,the lack of double qualified teachers,the lack of communication between schools and enterprises,and the sharing of resources.second,as the first province to establish Jiangxi Tourism and Commerce College Taekwondo professional school,the training on students employment oriented to Taekwondo market requirements for the foundation,cooperation,common education,the basic realization of the training target of applied talents;Three,in the training process of Taekwondo applied talents,there is also need to strengthen the construction of double qualified teachers,the goal of talent training should be further explored,the curriculum system needs further improvement,and the knowledge structure system of students needs to be perfected.Four,from the practice of talent training in Jiangxi tourism and tourism business,Career Academy,I believe that it is feasible to implement "246" talent training mode in Taekwondo talents training in vocational colleges...
