| Tourism higher education of China has developed30years,.In these30years,we cultivated tourism talents in a particular field or provided professional training tomeet market demand of talents. Yunnan is a tourism hot spots and tourist destinationprossesses remarkable local characteristics and national amorous feelings. In2011,the saterred hotel in Yunnan ranked sixth, which means that tourism employmentmarket has huge potential. However, the employment of tourism undergraduatestudents has encountered a bottleneck while tourism industry develops fast. There isshort of tourism practitioners with high quality, enough knowledge and strong abilityin Yunnan. In additiona, tourism undergraduate education doesn’t match thedevelopment of tourism. Tourist hot in the lack of higher educations undergraduatesand professional direction of the tourism undergraduate education is onefold, so it isdifficult to meet the market demand. Tourism undergraduate brain drain isseriouslly.It bring out the huge waste of talent. Therefore, it is very important todiscuss how to make the tourism undergraduate talent find suitable jobs and companyhow to find the target of talent.This article mainly studied the four aspects: the first part of use the theory ofapplied undergraduate talents as the starting point on the depth of analysis, trying tofind out the main direction in the training of tourism applied undergraduate talents.The second part is the demand survey of tourism talents in Yunnan. First of all,explained the importance of tourism applied undergraduate talents from the Angle ofthe level of social economic development. Then analyzed the demand of travelagencies, scenic spots, hotels in Yunnan to applied undergraduate talents of tourism,and choose hotel industry as a sample of this social investigation, using the basicsituation investigation of10hotels,107respondents in Yunnan as questionnairesurvey, and combining with interviews on the main managers of related interviews. Inthis way, I analysis of existing problems on the staff of starred hotel in Yunnan province, and summed up the eight requirements for talents in the hotel industry ofYunnan province. The third part is the analysis of the current situation of tourismundergraduate talents cultivation in Yunnan, including distribution major construction,training objective orientation, curriculum situation, the full-time teachers and so on.The fourth part is based on the above three parts, summarizes the problems ofexisting in the tourism talent training in Yunnan. This paper put forward thefollowing main points: depending on colleges and universities’ own characteristics toset up tourism major, using engineering thinking to dominate the class teaching, tocultivate the students’ management technology develop their core competitiveness intheir place of work, introducing the way of medical professional internship put intotourism professional internship and so on. |
