Study On The Training Of Red Tourism Service Talents In Vocational Schools In Hunan-Jiangxi-Guangdong Border Region

Nowadays,red tourism has become a hot area in China's tourism development pattern.Hunan,Jiangxi and Guangdong are the strong areas of red tourism development in China.Chenzhou,Shaoguan and Ganzhou are called "Red Triangle Area" because they belong to the same old revolutionary area and Danxia geomorphic area.They have abundant red tourism resources,and the three cities are the same.It belongs to the "old,young,border and poor" areas,so vigorous development of tourism is also of great significance to economic,political and cultural construction.However,the rapid development of red tourism has also created an urgent demand for red tourism service talents.The main part of this paper takes the three cities in Hunan-Jiangxi-Guangdong border area as an example,and divides them into three parts.Firstly,it defines the "Hunan-Jiangxi-Guangdong inter-provincial border area",specifically refers to Chenzhou,Ganzhou in Jiangxi Province and Shaoguan in Guangdong Province.It analyses the current situation of personnel training in secondary vocational schools in Hunan-Jiangxi-Guangdong inter-provincial border area and the regional cooperation development of red tourist attractions.Good situation,as well as scenic spots and tourists' demand for red tourism service talents.The second part is the empirical investigation.Firstly,the representative red scenic spots are selected in the border areas of Hunan,Jiangxi and Guangdong to conduct a questionnaire survey on the staff and tourists of the scenic spots,and the current demand situation of red tourism scenic spots and tourists for red tourism service talents is analyzed.It is found that the scarcity of talents in the scenic spots is very serious,which seriously restricts the good development of red tourism.Statistical analysis of the data shows what kind of service talents are needed in the Red Tourism Scenic Spots in Hunan,Jiangxi and Guangdong Border Areas.From the market point of view,it puts forward clear requirements for the training of red tourism service talents.Thirdly,according to the results of the questionnaire survey,this paper puts forward the training countermeasures of red tourism service talents in vocational schools in Hunan-Jiangxi-Guangdong border area,which are that secondary vocational schools need to adjust the train of thought of red tourism talents.Setting up special training module of red tourism service talents,implementing students' simulation training of red tourism scenery,going out and introducing,strengthening teachers' construction,implementing "order-based training" of counterpart red tourism scenic spots,and regularly conducting investigation and feedback on the demand of red tourism service talents.
