According to the CNNIC report,there are more than 700 million Internet users in China,and the search engine,BBS and social software are all developing rapidly in China.Internet users began to surf the Internet,publish their own opinions,and usher in a new era of information dissemination.Since the media has the timeliness and rapidity of information transmission,it can form a strong public opinion field.Since the development of the media to the university network public opinion management reform has brought opportunities,with the development of the new platform,but also brought challenges to the university network public opinion management,due to the particularity of the information transfer media itself,to the university network public opinion management put forward higher requirements.How should colleges and universities cope with public opinion crisis in the media environment?How to use self-media to manage public opinion so as to better understand and effectively use self-media for its service? This is the problem we need to think and solve at this stage.Based on crisis management theory and communication theory as the instruction,on the basis of summarizing the research status at home and abroad,combined with the typical cases of public opinion events related colleges and universities,analyzed the experience and lessons,expounds the problems existing in the public opinion events in colleges of our country,at the same time,the author analyzes the reasons of problems,from public opinion management team construction,legal system of management of public opinion,public opinion emergency mechanism as well as media literacy education,etc,put forward building muti-agent,three-dimensional network public opinion event proposa,the whole process of colleges and universities.In this paper,through literature research,case analysis and other methods to study of university network public opinion management,expand the research field of vision of the management of university network public opinion,enrich and perfect the research results of the management of university network public opinion,raise level of the management of university network public opinion,to protect the safety of the colleges and universities and social stability is of important theoretical significance and practical significance.At the same time,to a certain extent,enhance the response network public opinion management theory system construction in colleges and universities,colleges and universities can also give response network public opinion management capabilities to provide the corresponding theoretical guidance,to help colleges and universities better use in practice since the media platform processing network public opinion.
