College public opinion is the reflection of social public opinion.In the new media environment,everyone has a microphone in his hand,which can spread and make a sound freely,but the management of campus public opinion cannot blur the boundary.As the main body of network users,college students are confronted with the impact of multi-source information and multi values from the surrounding and social networks.Public opinion emerges at the historic moment,which guides the change of some students' emotions,thoughts and values.At present,many university administrators and teachers and students do not attach great importance to public opinion,which is easy to cause the situation that the public opinion in the university rapidly ferments and responds improperly under the impact of social hot issues.In the severe real environment,new media give full play to its "double-edged sword" role,greatly accelerating the efficiency of information transmission and the scope of influence.However,there are still many things to be improved in public opinion management in Colleges and universities in China,especially after the outbreak of social emergencies,students' emotional and idealized ideas are prone to generate network rumors,network trials and even campus violence The public opinion of the park deviates from the correct track of discussion,so the guidance of public opinion in Colleges and universities is particularly important.This study focuses on the dissemination mechanism of public opinion on campus.Based on the interview and investigation of the managers of the functional departments of nearly ten universities in the capital region and the summary of the relevant research results of other scholars,this paper analyzes the mode and characteristics of public opinion dissemination by students using the Internet,mobile phones and other self-Media terminals,and studies the time axis from the generation,diffusion,climax to recession of public opinion on campus Research,set up the current public opinion in Colleges and universities in response to the shortcomings,and from the school responsibility of the main body,emergency mechanism and other aspects of countermeasures.This study believes that the rise of public opinion in Colleges and universities must be due to the social or campus emergencies related to the interest demands of students,which have no problems in itself,and will erupt into public opinion events under the comprehensive effect of many improper aspects.School managers should attach great importance to the campus public opinion,improve the awareness of discovering the enemy situation of counselors and network supervision departments,and take precautions in advance We will improve the supervision,emergency mechanism and legal education of public opinion on campus,and make public opinion in Colleges and universities operate normally in a reasonable and legal environment.
