A Study On The Reform Of Higher Vocational Talent Training Model In The Era Of Intelligent Manufacturing

With the development of economy and society as well as the advancement of science and technology,the fierce international competition has prompted the era of intelligent manufacturing to emerge.The emergence of new industries has led to the changes in the need of company's employment,which in turn requires higher vocational talent training model to respond through reforms.This study attempts to explore the interactive relationship between intelligent manufacturing and higher vocational talent training model,the basic orientation of talent training objectives and the current reform status,dilemma and experience of talent training model.What's more,this study aims to provide suggestions for the reform paths of the higher vocational talent training model in the era of intelligent manufacturing.The study is divided into six chapters.The specific structure is as follows:Chapter One: Introduction.This part aims to explain the research background and significance,sort out relevant literatures at home and abroad,define the core concepts involved in this research,and put forward the research problems and contents to be solved as well as the research methods and technical route.Chapter Two: The analysis framework of the relationship between intelligent manufacturing and higher vocational talent training mode.This part aims to sort out the historical development thread of higher vocational talent training mode in various industrial stages,and analyze the development characteristics of each industrial stage and corresponding higher vocational talent training mode.What's more,the section constructs an analysis framework of the relationship between intelligent manufacturing and higher vocational talent training mode.Chapter Three: The rational thinking on the orientation of higher vocational talent training objectives in the era of intelligent manufacturing.Starting from analyzing the characteristics of intelligent manufacturing,this part aims to consider the argument and orientation of higher vocational talent training objectives and explore the knowledge,ability and literacy requirements of current technical talents.Chapter Four: The current reform status and dilemma of higher vocational talent training model in the era of intelligent manufacturing.This part aims to investigate the status and dilemma by selecting some higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province.What's more,the section analyzes the relevant reform measures of a typical higher vocational case.Chapter Five: The reform experience and suggestions of higher vocational talent training mode in the era of intelligent manufacturing.This part aims to summarize the reform experience of current talent training model and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for existing problems and difficulties.Chapter Six: Research conclusions and reflections.This part aims to comprehensively summarize the relevant issues of the study to draw main conclusions,and analyze the research insufficiencies as well as put forward the prospects.
