Research On The Impact Of Intelligent Manufacturing On Manufacturing Employment In Northeast China

Since the release of the "Made in China 2025" strategy,intelligent manufacturing has become the main direction to promote the high-quality development of my country’s manufacturing industry.As an old industrial base in my country,the Northeast region has a deep foundation and a long history in the manufacturing industry,but it faces many problems such as resource exhaustion and aging equipment.The development of intelligent manufacturing is to solve the manufacturing problems in the Northeast region,stimulate innovation momentum,create new development advantages,and promote A key measure for the industry to move towards the mid-to-high end.At the same time,intelligent manufacturing has the functions of self-perception,self-learning,and self-decision,and the phenomenon of"machine substitution" is gradually emerging.Studying the employment changes under the development of intelligent manufacturing in Northeast China has important practical significance for promoting the deployment of intelligent manufacturing in an orderly manner,stabilizing the basics of employment and people’s livelihood,and realizing the coordinated development of intelligent manufacturing and manufacturing employment.Based on a three-dimensional perspective,from the perspectives of total employment,employment structure and employment quality,the whole article sorts out the impact mechanism of intelligent manufacturing on manufacturing employment,analyzes the development status of intelligent manufacturing and manufacturing employment in Northeast China,and expounds Northeast China.The positive and negative impacts of the development of intelligent manufacturing on manufacturing employment.The positive impact is reflected in the creation of new jobs,the provision of employment opportunities,the improvement of business efficiency and the indirect promotion of employment.The negative impact is manifested in replacing workers to complete work tasks,increasing the unemployment risk of middle and low-end workers,etc.At the same time,this paper empirically analyzes the specific impact of intelligent manufacturing on the employment of manufacturing in the Northeast region by using the data of listed companies in the manufacturing industry in the north region of the main board A shareholder of the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2012 to 2020 as a sample.According to empirical evidence,within the sample interval,the development of intelligent manufacturing in listed manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China has increased the total employment,and the creative effect is dominant;intelligent manufacturing affects the change of employment skills structure,increasing the demand for high-skilled labor,and reducing the demand for low-skilled labor;intelligent manufacturing Manufacturing development promotes the rise of labor wages,and the quality of labor employment is improved.In view of the actual impact of the development of intelligent manufacturing on manufacturing employment in Northeast China,this paper proposes that Northeast China should firmly support the development of intelligent manufacturing,increase policy support,give play to the demonstration and leading role of listed manufacturing enterprises,and fully release the positive effect of intelligent manufacturing on employment..At the same time,measures such as strengthening education and training to improve the employability of workers,improving the employment security mechanism for workers,and giving full play to social security are all measures to alleviate the negative impact of intelligent manufacturing on employment.
