In the context of Made in China 2025,Hunan accelerates the new leap from a large-manufacturing province to a strong-manufacturing province with an increasing demand for high-skilled talents.Higher vocational colleges,as the cradle for high-tech talents,by advancing college-enterprise dual education and relying on their respective resource advantages,build a high-level integrated development platform together.Meanwhile,colleges and enterprises jointly cultivate innovative,composite,application-oriented professional and technical personnel and high-quality technical personnel to provide a strong talent base and guarantee for "Hunan Intelligent Manufacturing" 2025.Meanwhile,government departments play an important role in deepening the integration of industry,education,and college-enterprise cooperation.The General Office of the Hunan Provincial People’s Government has issued policies such as the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Production and Education" in accordance with relevant national policies.The introduction of policies has played a role of publicity and public opinion guidance,further pointed out the direction of the integration which played a key role in promoting the integration of industry and education.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the integration of industry and education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the background of "Hunan intelligent manufacturing",the problems and difficulties in the specific implementation process,drawing on the advanced experience of the integration of industry and education in developed countries,as well as the effective measures taken by the developed provinces of vocational education to promote the integration of industry and education,this paper discusses from the perspective of the multi-source flow theory of public policy-making and the analysis of the interest needs of the core subjects The policy support and suggestions on the integration of industry and education try to promote the further development of the integration of industry and education in Vocational Education in Hunan Province.Through questionnaire survey,telephone interview and other means of in-depth investigation and understanding,it is found that the integration of vocational education,industry and education in Hunan has made some achievements,but there are still problems such as insufficient government leadership,unclear interests of multiple subjects,low enthusiasm of enterprises,and insufficient driving force of reform in colleges and universities.After scientific analysis of the causes of the problems,literature method,case analysis and policy analysis are adopted Based on the multi-source flow theory of policy research,and combining the advanced experience and measures of industry education integration in the developed areas at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the background of Hunan intelligent manufacturing from the aspects of improving relevant laws and regulations,clarifying the status of relevant interest subjects,improving financial support system,reforming talent incentive mechanism,and constructing evaluation and guarantee mechanism,the Policy support suggestions of deepening the integration of production and education in higher vocational education.
