The Conjunction Relationship And Countermeasures Research On The Development Mode Of Higher Education And Manufacturing Talent Training

As our core country’s pillar industries of national economic development and a solid foundation of prosperity of our country, the development of manufacturing in dustry change rapidly. Level of development of Wuhan city circle manufacturing to so me extent reflects the Wuhan city circle area’s comprehensive strength and competitive ness. However, the advent of knowledge economy is coming, which makes the Wuh an city circle manufacturing demand for talent is more urgent, more demanding. Wuha n city circle of higher education’s duty is to provide talents for city circle, especially i n the manufacturing, the higher education for the cultivation of the talent is very im portant. Therefore, for the protection of Wuhan city circle and sustainable developmen t of the manufacturing training, we must analyze the conjunction relationship of pre sent higher education development mode between manufacturing training. Meanwhile,under this background, studying the suitable development proposals is necessary. In this paper, analyzes the development status and model of higher education in Wuh an city circle, discusses the current situation and the personnel structure problems o f Wuhan city circle manufacturing. Meanwhile, studies the development model of W uhan city circle of higher education and manufacturing personnel training fit relatio nship, proposes to solve the problem of development proposals.The first chapter is an introduction, describes the background, significance and research methods and so on. The second chapter describes the development of high er education profile of Wuhan city circle, and then analyzes the development model of higher education in Wuhan city circle. The third chapter describes the current s ituation of manufacturing and the status quo of personnel needs in Wuhan city circl e. The fourth chapter through constructing the coupling coordination degree model to test and analysis the fit relationship of development model of higher education and manufacturing personnel training. Chapter V presents countermeasures and suggesti ons for solve both problems. The final chapter is a summary. In this paper, the ma in conclusions are as follows.First, Wuhan city circle manufacturing personnel structure still having problems.Contemporary severe shortage of skilled talent; uneven distribution of talent resour ces; improved manufacturing wages; poor manufacturing capability of independent in novation.Second, at this stage, the relationship between Wuhan city circle of higher edu cation and manufacturing personnel training is from mild disorder to primary coordin ation.Third, order to solve the coordination issues, present countermeasures and sugg estions: create the harmonious employment environment; establish efficient talent culti vation mechanism performance; match optimal of manufacturing resources in higher ed ucation; build a unified system of manufacturing talents; integrate manufacturing collaboration effective talent management.
