Research On The Educational Resource Distribution Efficiency Of Agriculture And Forestry Universities

The national education career development plan "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" explicitly proposed "comprehensively improve the quality of higher education,improve the quality of talent training" of the strategic target,the development of higher education from the whole society's attention.However,at present our country's higher education resource allocation is a list of questions.For agriculture and forestry colleges education resources allocation efficiency research,the related decision-making departments integrating education resources,improve the efficiency and promote the development of higher education,realizing the social fairness has far-reaching significance.In this paper,according to the different regional distribution and the selection of different education level for 15 a study on the efficiency of the allocation of resources of agriculture and forestry colleges.Articles about the present situation of the allocation of resources of colleges and universities selected sample are analyzed,and build the resource allocation efficiency of input and output index system and evaluation model.On the basis of factor analysis and principal component analysis is used to construct input-output index standardized data processing,get fit DEAP software processing of the final data.Using DEA model of data envelopment analysis,from the Angle of output 15 class colleges and universities of agriculture and forestry education the effectiveness of resource allocation and return to scale were analyzed,and various universities resources allocation efficiency results and scale reward.On the basis of efficiency evaluation,using Tobit regression model,the pure technical efficiency of the allocation of resources as the dependent variable,select the level of regional economic development,educational condition,personnel structure as variables,the influencing factors on allocation of college education resources of agriculture and forestry were analyzed,and discussed the university area per capita GDP,per capita consumption level,per capita disposable income,the condition of teachers' and students' quality in agriculture and forestry universities and the influence factors,such as the allocation of resources and significant correlation between the degree of efficiency.Finally,the article in the efficiency evaluation and research based on the analysis of the influencing factors,summarizes the related research conclusion and puts forward the related countermeasures to improve the resource distribution efficiency of agriculture and forestry colleges and Suggestions;Innovations and shortcomings of this text are expounded and the research scope,research subjects,index system and influence factors of higher education resources allocation efficiency research prospect was put forward.
