The harmonious interpersonal relationship has an effect on the education quality of postgraduates training.By using UCINET software,this study will analyze the relationship data between supervisor and postgraduates,and reveal the network structure of the Laboratory Group,explore the relationship,the characteristics of the group,the position of the members and also social cohesion,and then to put forward the ways to improve the interaction between supervisor and postgraduates.Research results showed that:Firstly,from the perspective of overall network structure,supervisor was the central figure in the information and consultation network of academic knowledge and research?scientific research,and was the marginal even isolated figure in the emotional network.That shows there was more interaction in academic knowledge and research ? scientific research,and little interaction in sharing funny things or feeling in life between supervisor and postgraduates.Secondly,through the analysis of Degree and Betweenness Centrality in relationships network of supervisor and postgraduates,we knew that the core personal of the network or the member with higher Betweenness make it easier for information,resources and emotions,and can effectively improve the interpersonal relationship with other members,which possess the characteristic of extrovert,or served as class cadres?other community cadres.Thirdly,in the process of the interaction between supervisor and postgraduates,the situation of interaction was: the frequency of interaction was low between supervisor and postgraduates,the atmosphere of interaction was tense when discussing academic topics,teachers pay more attention to scientific research and postgraduate individual neglected.Besides,postgraduates were not satisfied with interaction.Through the analysis of the postgraduates under investigation,it has discovered that supervisors play significant role in the acquisition of academic knowledge and resources,the improvement of scientific research skills and the promotion of independent thinking and problem-solving.But other than that,theinfluence factors contains the harmonious interpersonal relationship,the frequency of interaction,the characteristics of both sides,the students' enthusiasm of study,and so on.Fourthly,through the analysis of the degree of closeness,coexistence,and satisfaction with supervisor including central figure and marginal figure in the network,it was founded that the central figure has a closer and more harmonious relationship with supervisor,and they are more satisfied with interaction.This study put forward the countermeasures for constructing a harmonious teacher-student relationship based on the analysis of the supervisor-postgraduate interaction network and the problems existing in the supervisor-postgraduate interaction.It is necessary for college to strengthen the responsibilities of the mentor management and improve the system of mutual selection of tutors;supervisors should pay more attention to the connection with the postgraduates in the emotional network,special members of interaction networks.Besides,it is significant for tutors to show solicitude for student's academic guidance and agenda life;Postgraduates should improve the enthusiasm and initiative of learning,their scientific research tasks should be coordinated with daily life.
