This article is more comprehensive and systematic study of the overall situation of the students’quality evaluation of agricultural and forestry colleges undergraduate enrollment. Build a quality evaluation system of undergraduate source of agricultural and forestry colleges on the basis of status of undergraduate enrollment. We analyzed the undergraduate enrollment matriculate quality composite index empirically taking a university in Hunan province agriculture and forestry for an example and concluded that the provinces is good or bad the quality of students. Finally, this paper proposed some policies and proposals to improve the quality of undergraduate source of agricultural and forestry colleges.The paper has taken a university in Hunan province agriculture and forestry for an example, to evaluate the quality of China’s agricultural and forestry colleges admissions students. From agricultural and forestry colleges admissions of the importance and significance to analyze the necessity of students’quality of agricultural and forestry colleges admissions from the multi-angle analysis of students’quality indicators are affecting the quality of agricultural and forestry colleges students. Using correlation analysis and correspondence analysis to clarify the students’quality indicator system for agricultural and forestry colleges to establish the principle of undergraduate enrollment students’quality of China’s agricultural and forestry colleges, and then built from the perspective of the basic situation of the candidates, Applying to College, taking results, admissions and enrollment report rate evaluation system, and analysis of Hunan Agricultural and Forestry University, for example, the specific circumstances of each of these indicators from2005to2011, its impact and importance of the quality of students. Finally, the agricultural and forestry colleges undergraduate enrollment students’quality evaluation model building, and the use of factor analysis of the assessment model for further processing to make it more complete and reasonable.At the same time, we use factor analysis method to analyze and evaluate the students’quality of Hunan Agricultural College Enrollment. According to the Agricultural and Forestry University students’quality evaluation index system building principles and the use of principal component analysis to screen students’quality evaluation, and finally selected10specific evaluation; Hunan Agricultural and Forestry University in2011enrollment data on ten evaluation indicator data collection and standardization of treatment; again as far as possible without loss of information under the principle of the use of standardized data to extract the common factor of a few of the students’quality of agricultural and forestry colleges admissions, and the factor loading matrix to rotate to find out correlation between the common factor with the original variables, the main factors that facilitate the analysis of the quality of agricultural and forestry colleges enrollment students, the students’quality of the different regions can be further in-depth analysis; last professional step up publicity efforts with the establishment of the student base, optimize structure improve the admissions policies and incentive mechanisms, and do a good job of taking the work and the strengthening of the four aspects of enrollment management and institutional building to improve the quality of agricultural and forestry colleges students.
