Learning engagement has been the focus of education psychology research,in recent years,with the development of positive psychology,the development of human potential and make life more fulfilling of happiness has gradually become the research purpose of psychology,which made the study of psychological capital and achievement goal orientation not only limited to the enterprise management,also began to development in the field of education.Especially for high school students,they take learning as the main activity of daily life,and faced with the choice of life.How to guide them to improve their competitive ability has become the focus of more and more scholars.Therefore,this study analyzes the relationship among the students' psychological capital,achievement goal orientation and learning input.According to the research results,taking the psychological capital as the core of the group psychology counseling for high school students,to explore effective methods to enhance learning engagement.This study is divided into two parts: one is to study the students' psychological capital,achievement goal orientation and the current situation of learning engagement and the relationship among them.The research object is a senior high school in Hebei with up to a total of 600 students,using the “Psychological Capital Scale”and “Four aspects of Achievement Goal Orientation Scale”and “Learning Engagement Scale”,the questionnaire survey to the result shows that three positive correlation,and achievement goal orientation in the intermediary effect between psychological capital and learning engagement.On this basis,study two focuses on psychological capital and designs eight periods of psychological capital group counseling activities.By recruiting and screening of 24 students with low psychological capital and low learning input students,the following is divided into experimental group and control group,with 12 people in each group;the control group were measured before and after,without any intervention,while the experimental group after group counseling intervention on psychological capital subject eight period,and before and after then,comparing the differences between the experimental group and the control group.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)High school students overall psychological capital in the medium level,toughness,hope,total score on the psychological capital scoring significant gender differences,hope,optimism and scale scores have significant differences in the relationship between parents,psychological capital each dimension scores in grade,whether one child,there is no significant difference of the economy.(2)High school students' achievement goal orientation at the secondary level overall,mastery approach goal,mastery avoidance goal have significant differences in different grades,performance approach goal in whether they are the only significant differences,mastery approach goal,mastery avoidance goal scoring significant difference on the relationship between parents,there was no significant difference between the achievement goal orientation in gender,economic status.(3)High school students' learning engagement general in the medium level,focus on scoring significant differences in gender,dynamic,total score table significant differences on the relationship between parents,learning into different dimensions in the different grade,whether one child,there were no significant differences in economic conditions.(4)High school students' psychological capital,achievement goal orientation and learning engagement between two positive correlation.(5)The achievement goal orientation of high school students has a significant partial mediating effect between the psychological capital and learning engagement.(6)The group psychology counseling has improved the psychological capital level of high school students effectively,and thus improved the level of learning engagement.Therefore,it is feasible to improve the psychological capital of high school students through the group psychology counseling to improve their learning engagement level.
