Today's competition among countries is the competition for talents,and the main source of talent sources is education.This study mainly discusses school education.In 2016,after a large number of investigations and research,our country's relevant experts finally arrived at the general framework of Chinese students' core qualities.It was formally released by the Ministry of Education in September of the same year.The publication of this framework clarifies what kind of people our education should cultivate for a long period of time.In January 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the "General High School Information." "Technical Curriculum Standards"(2017 Edition),which clearly highlights the high school information technology curriculum is a basic course designed to comprehensively improve students' information literacy and help students master the core literacy of high school information technology disciplines.The majority of teachers are the key people who decide the quality of education is good or bad,and they are the direct targets of cultivating students.With the pace of the professional development of teachers in the accelerating pace,the question of how to urge teachers to develop in the direction of cultivating students' core qualities is imminent.The article takes the ability of high school information technology teachers as their main research content,and uses the National Education Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers(Trial)and National Teachers Information Technology Application Capability Standards(Trial),and Professional Standards for Secondary School Teachers(Trial)are the main criteria.Based on interviews with first-tier high school IT teachers and related literature,the dimensions and content of the information technology teacher competency framework are analyzed and summarized.By cultivating the principles of "people-oriented,development,usability,operability,unity and uniqueness",the generality and pertinence of the framework are highlighted,and a relatively scientific and reasonable capability framework is constructed.Chapter ? Introduction Explicit research background,research significance,and determination of research methodsGuided by China's education reform and education reform policy,combining the characteristics of development of the times,students' development needs and teachers' professional development needs,we will find a foothold for the establishment of a research background for the construction of a high school information technology teacher ability framework under the guidance of core literacy.The research methods such as the "Delphi Method" and the interview method ensure that the framework construction is in line with normal processes and procedures.Chapter ? Related Theoretical Basis anB d asisDefine and interpret the concept of teacher's ability,and further analyze the inner relationship between core accomplishment and the core literacy of high school information technology disciplines,and determine the starting point of this research,with the ability level theory,teacher professionalism,constructivism,and the three major authorities.Standards(National Standards for Educational Technology Capability for Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial),"National Information Technology Application Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers(Trial)",and "Professional Standards for Secondary School Teachers"(Trial))are the theoretical basis and basis for follow-up construction.The framework provides theoretical support,realistic evidence,and dimensional content references.Chapter ?
