As an important carrier,information technology plays an important role in the course of information technology and teaching.Compared with other traditional courses,information technology has the characteristics of modernization and rapid updating of curriculum content.The information technology education in jiangsu and Taiwan are also very well-developed,and its teaching materials also have their own characteristics,and the two regions have attached great importance to the development of students' information Literacy.The core literacy is a hot topic of global concern recently,focusing on the cultivation of students in the teaching of the core literacy is the subject of experts in the ongoing discussion.This paper,based on the three layers of the core competence of information technology,makes a comparison between?information technology in junior high school?in Jiangsu and?information education?in Taiwan,in order to provide a new way for the compilation of teaching materials in the future.The paper introduces the background and significance of the research,as well as the literature review in the first chapter.In the second chapter,the development of the information technology curriculum in Jiangsu and Taiwan is stated.The third chapter,according to the core competence framework of the information technology curriculum,from the object and management,design and production,and system engineering,ethics and moral four perspective into the comparison of the two sets of teaching materials,and in each view,from the three levels to compared,which are the basic knowledge and skills,problem solving and the core quality of information technology curriculum.in the fourth chapter,the two sets of teaching materials'format and task activities were compared from the levels.By comparison,?information education?training the students pay more attention to the basic ability,?information technology in junior high school?pay more attention to the problem solving ability;?information education?and?information technology in junior high school?at different levels to cultivate students' thinking ability;?information education?teaching form is helpful to cultivate students' thinking ability of design and manufacture,?information technology in junior high school?focuses on the basic skills of interpretation;the activities in?information education?are close to students'reality,?information technology in junior high school?pay more attention to social issues,two teaching textbooks cultivate students' ability to solve problems from different angles.Through the above findings,two sets of teaching materials in the content,format and task has both advantages and disadvantages,and according to the comparison of the two sets of textbooks,put forward the following suggestions:1.Teaching material arrangement should reflect the core literacy(1)teaching materials should pay attention to subject thinking(2)to strengthen the students' information ethics and moral thinking(3)according to the developmental characteristics of students to cultivate core literacy2.Settings should be in the form of auxiliary teaching content to cultivate students' core literacy3.Teaching material need be reflect the mapping of teaching process...
