The role game is loved by young children and has been developed in kindergarten. In the role game,Children interact with their peers actively and develop peer communication skills. In this study, literature, observation, case analysis, and interview methods were used to study the ability of peers in role games to play in a total of 59 young children in A Park. The basic situation of children's peers' communicative ability in role games is analyzed from four dimensions: social initiative, verbal and nonverbal communication, social barriers, and prosocial behavior. The study found that young children in the role game are emotional and happy to interact with their peers. However, children's communication is passive, they lack leadership ability, and they rarely pay attention to their peers. In the dimension of linguistic and nonverbal communication skills, young children often use polite language and have strong language skills. However, children's consultation skills are not strong. In the social barrier dimension, young children can integrate into peer groups and are willing to express their opinions. But young children often clash with their peers and are sometimes pushed out by their peers. In the prosocial behavior dimension, children care about their peers, are willing to help their peers, and are willing to get along with the rejected children. But young children are not good at cooperation and sharing.Combined with the effects of environmental creation, material provision, theme setting, rule formulation, role arrangement, and teacher observation on the ability of children's peers to interact, the author proposes strategies for cultivating children's peers' abilities in role games.First, encourage children to cooperate and reduce conflicts.Second, make reasonable use of materials and allow children to share materials with their peers.Third, enrich the theme of the game and develop young children's peer interaction skills.Fourth, give children the right to formulate rules and develop children's consultation skills.Fifth, pay attention to fairness so that children can play many roles. Finally, teachers should observe the children's peer interactions and provide timely guidance.
