With the intensification of the economic globalization accelerated,foreign hotel companies continue to enter,the competition in the market,traditional hotel enterprises extensive mode of economic growth can no longer make enterprises based in the fierce competition in the market environment.Labor relations as the most widely and the core of market relations,the importance of increasing,labor relations also occurred in the earth shaking changes,which makes the labor relations issues highlighted,the hotel enterprise labor dispute cases frequently is one of the most remarkable phenomenon.Hotel enterprises to improve its organizational performance,there are a lot of ways,such as standardize the management process,the establishment of supervision mechanism,improve the work efficiency and,but some of the hotel enterprise has chosen to take a shortcut,to seek their own interests through encroached upon the legitimate rights and interests.The promulgation of the labor contract law and a series of laws and regulations,in a certain extent restricts the bilateral labor violations,but the control effect is not significant,some to interest oriented hotel enterprises in order to reap greater profits,not hesitate all cost at the expense of the legitimate rights and interests of workers,resulting in a sharp deterioration in the labor relations.So,labor relations and hotel business organization performance in the end whether there is a relationship? This paper is based on the background of the research.Research methods used in this paper is mainly the investigation method of the questionnaire,to the hotel enterprises issued a questionnaire and get the corresponding data,through the SPSS software for data for reliability and validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Draws the following conclusion: first,hotel labor relations in enterprises including the labor contract system,social security,labor unions and democratic management,salary and welfare,working time and environment,labor dispute processing six dimensions,organizational performance includes two dimensions of financial performance and human resource performance.Second,the different nature of the hotel in the labor contract system,labor disputes,there are differences.Different types of hotel enterprises in social security and trade unions and democratic management,there are differences.Hotel enterprises in different stages of development in the social security,trade unions and democratic management,pay and benefits,working hours and environment,labor disputes,there are differences.Third,the two dimensions of compensation and benefits,social security is the relationship between the labor relations of hotel enterprises and the financial performance of the hotel has a positive impact.Fourth,compensation and benefits,labor disputes,labor unions and democratic management has a significant positive impact on human resource performance.After the data analysis,we give some suggestions to the empirical results of the data analysis,to promote the harmony of labor relations and the improvement of organizational performance.
