The Impact Of Corporate Internships In The Hotel Industry On The Improvement Of Students' Employability

With the rapid development of tourism service industry in recent years,hotel service major,as a labor-intensive major in the service industry,its related personnel training is particularly important.Many scholars focus their research on the personnel training of College Students' hotel service major,which is the training of higher vocational talents,while the research on secondary vocational students' hotel service major is rare,.This paper focuses on the improvement of the employability of secondary vocational hotel service students in the internship,aiming to explore the internship factors that affect the employability.Through literature reading and combining with the actual situation,this paper formulates the measurement model of secondary vocational hotel service students,and analyzes the employability of students from four dimensions: General ability,professional ability,work attitude,career planning and confidence In order to scientifically understand the current situation of secondary vocational students' employability improvement under the school enterprise cooperation.In this study,214 secondary vocational hotel service students in n city were selected as the subjects to collect the questionnaire.The results show that,in all dimensions,the improvement of students' general ability is the least obvious;there are significant differences between men and women in the improvement of employability after internship,and women are obviously better than men;whether there is a special intern management system and professional training system,there is a significant difference between men and women In terms of career planning,there is no significant difference in students' employability;compared with students who are satisfied with the assessment system,students who are not satisfied with the assessment system have significantly stronger employability improvement after internship;hotel level and working hours and internship time have no relationship with the improvement of students' employability;in terms of internship salary,the improvement of students' employability is significantly related to internship salary Significant positive correlation.On this basis,in the conclusion and prospect part,this paper starts with the research results,combined with the current research situation,and gives suggestions from the three perspectives of schools,enterprises and students themselves.
