With the continuous integration of the progress of science and technology and the development of economy,innovation becomes the focus of attention all over the world.Under this precondition,the enterprises begin to actively seek cooperation with universities and complete technological innovation together;in order to remain in an impregnable position in the intense market competition.In recent years,the process of industry-university collaboration of China has been accelerating;many famous enterprises have sprung up,and also created a large number of scientific research achievements.Therefore,how to increase the cooperation performance of enterprises and universities under the background of cooperation being mature has become an urgent problem needed to solve at present stage.Therefore,this paper draws on the predecessors' research results,puts forward five assumptions on how governance mechanism and organizational learning capability between enterprises and universities have effects on cooperation performance and builds the corresponding performance influence mechanism model.Based on the questionnaire investigation of the technical enterprises in Beijing Zhong Guancun Region,we use multiple hierarchy analysis method to process and analyze the collected research data,and then verify the effectiveness of the four proposed assumptions,get the following conclusion:First of all,in good contractual governance and relational governance arrangements,the performance of industry-university collaboration can be significantly improved;Second,organizational learning capabilities also have positive effects on the sharing of scientific knowledge and the transformation of scientific research achievements,up to the promotion of cooperation performance;at last,organizational learning capabilities have moderating effects on relational governance to promote cooperation performances.Based on the above conclusions,this paper also analyzed the typical industry-university collaboration case-Microsoft.Under the governance mechanism and the building of a learning organization,the performance of both Microsoft and universities in China has been promoted obviously.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions to provide a reference on how to improve the performance of the industry-university collaboration.
