With the development of the times,new requirements have been constantly put forward for physics teachers in middle schools.Our country vigorously advocates quality education and Cultivating a young generation with comprehensive development.Based on my own strengths and practical conditions,the author puts forward a plan of Developing Wushu learning activities for middle school students and promoting physics learning.Physics has always been one of the most difficult subjects for middle school students in China.It takes mathematics as the basic tool,emphasizing logical reasoning and empirical research.In teaching,there is a great difference between physics and sports.Except for a few students,most of the students are tired of physics.On the one hand,the author thinks that there are differences in students' innate quality.On the other hand,the main thing is that the teaching of the subject is dull and boring,and it does not arouse their enthusiasm for study and interest in research.In view of this situation,the author thinks of Wushu as a national traditional sport based on his own strong points.Chinese Wushu is a valuable heritage of national culture.It contains traditional cultural connotation and humanistic spirit that ordinary sports do not possess.At the same time,the nature of sports makes it contain a lot of knowledge of middle school physics.If these knowledge are excavated into the middle school physics teaching in a proper way,the students' interest in learning can be greatly aroused and their motivation and enthusiasm can be aroused.At the same time,Wushu Exercise helps to regulate students' physical and mental health and enhance their physique,to a certain extent,to relieve students' nervousness and boredom in learning.Based on the above,the author took a semester's teaching practice in the school's Fixed class as an example during the internship.The basic idea is to extract scientific and reasonable content in Chinese Wushu routines and basic functions,which is suitable for middle school students to learn and exercise,and impart them to students in the way of interaction betweenteachers and students.In the process of student practice,we use heuristic teaching to guide students to understand the physical principles involved in sports.After clarification of these principles,we further encourage them to apply these principles to the game of antagonism between classmates and teachers and students.There are three main purposes to do this.One is to stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm in Wushu sports to migrate to physics learning.Two,we should regard Wushu as a special physical sense experiment,which will help students deepen their understanding and enhance their memory.The three is to cultivate students' traditional culture and patriotism through the unique sport of Wushu,so as to promote the healthy development of body and mind.In order to avoid affecting the normal teaching order that has been planned in the internship school,I choose to use second classroom hours every Friday afternoon to carry out practical teaching.From September 2017 to January 2018,it lasted for about one semester.At the end of the practice,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the class classmates.This paper focuses on the influence of physical combination of Wushu practice teaching on students' interest in learning,retention of memory,deepening of understanding,application ability and learning transfer.The survey results show that after a semester of teacher-student interaction teaching practice,the students show good performances in the above aspects.It is effective and feasible to promote middle school students' physics learning through Wushu teaching.This research will provide reference for teaching innovation and stimulating learning motivation of middle school physics under the background of new curriculum.After reflection,I believe that this study still has some shortcomings.In the last part of the paper,several problems and countermeasures are put forward.
