Tennis has been introduced to China since 1885,development has been relatively slow,also experienced a lot of hard times,but as a result of our country in recent years continuously explore and summarize the past experience,the sports system reform,constantly brought to the attention of the national mass sports activities,making the popularity of tennis sport nowadays in China more and more high,towards a competitive level are all ages,especially in recent years,China's women's tennis athletic abil ity outstanding performance in the grand slam tournament and made gratifying achievements,but also attracted a large number of fans are widely participate in the sport.Affected by the now college students love for tennis are also growing,and colleges and universities sports curriculum in order to adapt to the development of tennis sport also spent a lot of energy,such as some colleges and universities as a new tennis court,tennis elective courses,etc.,to improve the quality of college students' extra-curricular life provides a lot of help.But at present most of the colleges and universities is faced with the number of students taking tennis lessons more,site,and the problem of teacher resources in existing conditions far cannot satisfy the needs of students for tennis.However,the "tennis wall practice" is especially suitable for teachers in colleges and universities because of its advantages of convenience and flexibility.Wall based on tennis practice as the main research contents,tennis elective course of beginners in Inner Mongolia normal university as the research object,from the present stage our country tennis teaching application and development status quo of "wall of tennis practice" as the foundation,combining the actual situation of tennis practice to study the effectiveness of the wall.And summed up the practice method accord with the actual situation of college tennis wall,function as well as the matters needing attention,the purpose is for different stages of technology of tennis sports enthusiasts to provide a practical reference value,practice for college tennis teaching reform,and wall method provides the theory basis for the popularization and use in colleges and universities.This study using the method of documentary,expert interview,mathematical statistics method,experimental method,extract 32 tennis elective course in Inner Mongolia normal university study randomly into two groups: experiment research,through the physical quality,shape,function before and after the experiment test results in terms of the longitudinal comparison and experiment the transverse comparison of two groups of test results and the final technical level comparison test results found that:Experimental group and control group after 12 weeks of teaching experiment,in the aspects of body shape: test indexes of both longitudinal and transverse comparison of no significant difference,that beginners to technology in a short time and every time cannot achieve specific load intensity,practiced tennis for(the technology does not have obvious change in body shape.In terms of physical quality,the longitudinal and transverse comparison of two groups in terms of speed of power quality and the quality of significant change is not obvious,suggests that for tennis beginners practice without special equipment simply practiced tennis for(the technology is not improving speed quality and power quality.Flexibility quality aspect;As a result of the experimental group in each class during the period of experiment to prepare part involves the flexibility of significant difference before and after practice so it is clear that in the control group during the experiments did not every lesson involves flexibility in practice,so there is no obvious ascension,suggests that for tennis beginners simply engaged in tennis technical practice,does not have a significant boost in flexibility quality,only in each practice exercises or conscious in the end of a flexible will constantly improve the quality of the flexible practice.Endurance quality and body function;Experimental group and the control group there is no evidence of significant differences,but experiment with tennis wall experimental group during the practice,the process of practice in each class every student get a ball in the face of the tennis wall iterative technique,and the control group in the experiment with more practice,during the practice because the number of balls is limited,the students to practise packet queue,ball exercise,more than a frame,on average,each student can only rotate to practice with the ball for six to eight times,repeatedly with a period of time also need to pick up the ball,exercise intensity and density is far from enough.Affected by weather conditions and legal holiday during the experiment so the two groups have no significant change in terms of endurance and body function,but if the simple evaluation class practice density and intensity of the tennis wall is much higher than the ball exercises.Technical level: to evaluate the accuracy index of forehand set-pieces technology tests,two groups of level disparity is not obvious,indicates how practice wall or tennis ball,both in terms of improving accuracy practitioners technology effect are very similar.Technical stability and feel indicators were evaluated by more than two small ground out a round ball tests,the experimental result is far higher than the control group,significant difference is very big,suggests that for technical beginners as long as reasonable use of the tennis wall supporting training,to improve the stability of the basic technology and the cognition of the ball and the ball has very great help.
