Research On The Non-governmental Tennis Organization And Teaching Mode Under The Campus Tennis Policy

Our athletes continue to achieve excellent results in international tennis competitions,promoting the development of domestic tennis,and the teaching of tennis on campus is also valued.In recent years,the State has issued documents such as the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on the Development of National Youth School Tennis Pilot Work and the Guidance on Further Improving After-school Services for Primary and Secondary School Students,which vigorously promote the entry of private tennis organizations into schools.But folk tennis organizations coming to campus is a new thing,and how well they work together,how well they teach,how well they train,are all issues that need to be studied.Through documentary materials,interviews,fieldwork and questionnaires,a study was conducted on the forms of cooperation and teaching models of the two successful cases of Guangzhou folk tennis organizations doing well on campus.The conclusion is that.(1)The way to enter the campus: two private tennis organizations enter the campus,and the content of cooperation in tennis lessons is largely the same.Specific provisions have been made on the form of contract signing,duration and remuneration,objectives of cooperation,requirements for teachers and students,organization of teaching arrangements,teaching contents,supervision of cooperating teachers and coaches,form of teaching,provision of venues and racquets,funding and sources of school input,etc."The school provides a venue and students bring their own tennis balls and racket.The "Org Freestyle" civil society organization,which attracts the attention of the school by enhancing its brand and reaching a verbal agreement with the school to teach the students in the form of varsity training,can provide the venue equipment.(2)The teaching model of private tennis organizations in schools:(1)The "King-Shin Wan 430" teaching model is a well-developed teaching plan,in which the majority of students attend tennis initiation lessons to master basic skills,exercise their body and develop their interest.Some students have participated in the competition but have not done well.(2)"Auger Freedom" teaching model: training plan,focus on the selection of materials,mainly senior students;tennis main skills,tactics and professional knowledge as the teaching content;a variety of professional training methods and teaching video as an auxiliary teaching means of real combat training,interspersed with mental training,with a certain athletic load;all students participate in the competition,and some students get good results.However,the training method is still too homogeneous,with a heavy training load and no focus on the development of serve strength.
