Reproductive health,as one of the important aspects of human health, refers to a complete state of physical, mental, and social well-being in all aspects related to the reproductive system and its functions and processes, and not only the absence of diseases and conditions.Scholars have been doing research on reproductive health all the time, and there are many studies on reproductive health. We have found that people are concerned about reproductive health. At the end of 2016,the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in many places reported that the rate of HIV infection among college students has increased dramatically, and MSM is the most important way for college students to become infected with AIDS.The group of college students is an important special group in the population of our country. They are the future builders of the country.Through news reports, the problem of reproductive health of college students has been pushed to the cusp of the media and has become a social reality that must be taken seriously. At the same time, the academic research on the reproductive health of college students focuses on the status quo of reproductive health of female college students, premarital sex of college students, and the status of AIDS awareness among college students ? And most studies are based on the disciplines of medical and health management, public health, preventive medicine, and sexual psychology.Inspired by this objective fact, the study selected five universities in Guizhou Province as research sites, using sociological professional perspectives, and adopting questionnaire surveys,face-to-face in-depth interviews, and other empirical research methods.Based on an in-depth understanding of the reproductive health knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of college students in Guizhou, from the perspective of gender,we explore various social factors that affect the reproductive health, knowledge, and behavior of the group, especially the influence of gender factors. In the end,we will propose feasible strategies for the promotion of sexual and reproductive health education for university students. We hope that school policy makers and educators will attach importance to reproductive health education in universities and promote targeted sex/reproductive health education. The survey found that college students in Guizhou universities have mastered the level of sexual/reproductive health knowledge in the mastery of reproductive health knowledge, and male and female students have obvious gender differences in reproductive health knowledge. The knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases is poor and there is no gender difference. The sex difference in access to sexual health knowledge is not obvious, and boys and girls want basically the same access to sexual health knowledge. The best hope to acquire sexual/reproductive health knowledge through lectures and electives, and generally express an unwillingness to talk about sexual/reproductive health issues with their parents. In the aspect of sexual consciousness and gender, male and female students have a high degree of approval of college students' love and premarital sex,and the gender difference is obvious. There is a statistically significant difference between male and female students in the need for sexual/reproductive health knowledge, and female college students are more demanding than male students. There was no significant difference in relationship between male and female students in terms of love and sexual behavior. There is a significant gender difference in the occurrence of sexual intercourse, and the number of male college students having sex is one times that of female college students. There was a gender difference in male and female depression, and male college students had 34.1 percentage points higher than female students.Studies show that many factors influence college students' reproductive health knowledge, attitude and behavior, including gender, age, grade, professional, parents educational level, family economic condition, family education, school education,sexual/reproductive health knowledge level, sexuality and sexual consciousness factors such as comprehensive effect. In view of the above research results, countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward from four aspects of personal, family, social and government policies.
