With the continuous advancement of China's urbanization process,a large number of farmers are transferred from rural to cities to engage in non-agricultural industries.In order to take care of their families or share the burden of family,migrant workers have also entered the urban life with their husbands,and become a group of migrant workers and women in the city.However,with the occurrence of a series of major changes in the living environment and life style,they live a relatively lonely and lonely life in the urban community,which is very easy to produce a variety of self identification problems,and they are in urgent need of the attention and research of the society and the academic community.At the same time,with the development of urban volunteer service,more and more migrant workers,including migrant workers and women,participate in the urban volunteer service team.Voluntary service has become an important way for them to participate in the society.How does volunteering affect migrant workers' self identification? There are not many studies in this field,but the research is of importance and urgency.In this paper,based on the theory of energy increasing and the advantage angle of view,the paper studies the influence of volunteer service on the self-identity of migrant workers in Shenzhen City,which is based on the theory of energy increasing and the advantage angle of view,taking the migrant workers who are participating in voluntary service in the D community of the city of Shenzhen as the research object.The paper consists of six parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance of this paper,reviews the related literatures both at home and abroad,and carries out research and design.The second part is the basic background of the case study.This paper mainly introduces the general situation of the D community and its social work service project in Shenzhen,the general situation of the D community volunteer team and the basic situation of the migrant workers and women in the D community and the statusof self-identity.The third part introduces the motivation of migrant workers' participation in voluntary service and the main contents of migrant workers' participation in voluntary service.The research finds that the motivation of migrant workers' participation in voluntary service is mainly to expand social interaction and enrich their spiritual life.Their volunteer services mainly include bus guidance service,environmental protection volunteer action,helping the elderly and helping the disabled,and volunteer group building activities.The fourth part evaluates the specific performance of migrant workers in volunteering service,and analyzes the influence of volunteering on migrant workers' self identification.The study found that they were active in voluntary service activities,and had higher satisfaction and strong willingness to participate in voluntary service activities.After participating in voluntary service,the number of their community participation increased,the sense of community belongingness increased,social interaction was gradually expanded,the spiritual life became more and more rich,and the sense of self value increased obviously,and the sense of self happiness increased significantly.The fifth part is the conclusion,the reflection and the suggestion.First,the full text is summarized.It is found that voluntary service has a positive impact on migrant workers' self identification.At the same time,the deficiency in the management and training level of migrant workers women volunteers and the deficiency of migrant workers' participation in voluntary service were reconsidered,and there were problems and deficiencies in the form,management and training of the volunteer recruitment,and the enthusiasm and breadth of the participation of migrant workers and women in voluntary activities.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the recruitment of volunteers,to expand the scope of volunteer recruitment,to innovate the content of volunteer training,to strengthen the management of the volunteer team and to enhance the sense of belonging of the volunteer team.
