Research On Ideological And Political Education In Coping With College Students' Crisis

University crisis is a sudden and unexpected event that occurs in colleges and universities.It refers to incidents involving the interests of college students without any foretaste,which can be divided into group crisis events and individual crisis events,which are universal,sudden,dangerous,blind,and diffusive.Ideological and political education is an important way to deal with the crisis in colleges and universities.The role of ideological and political education in the response to crisis events in colleges and universities includes three aspects: control the crisis in advance,plays the buffering effects role in the crisis,recover of mental health after the crisis.At present,most colleges and universities in our country begin to realize the importance of ideological and political education gradually in crisis management,and gradually establish ideological and political education institutions.Ideological and political education has begun to play an effective role in the crisis management of colleges and universities.The main problems are: some colleges and universities lack sufficient understanding of the importance of ideological and political education in crisis response and lack of active consciousness.The contents of ideological and political education in colleges and universities are not targeted strongly in crisis management,and the ways of ideological and political education in crisis management of colleges and universities are too single.The ability of the ideological and political education team to deal with the crisis needs to be improved,and the mechanism of ideological and political education in the crisis management should be improved.In the process of dealing with the crisis of college students,colleges and universities should do more and more carefully,conscientiously do a good job of Ideological and political education before,during and after the crisis events in Colleges and universities,to prevent the crisis from causing greater harm to the society,schools,families andstudents.We should strengthen the ideological and political education in the crisis events in colleges and universities from the following aspects: the first way is to control the crisis in advance,strengthening organization and management of ideological and political education,promote students' ideological and moral quality and awareness of the law,strengthening the daily student management in Colleges and Universities,training counselors' professionalism in coping with crisis events and create a good campus network environment.The second way is to control the crisis in colleges and universities in process,including information communication mechanism to straighten out crisis management,giving full play to the buffer function and cohesive function of Ideological and political education in crisis events,give full play to the cooperation of all members in ideological and Political Education,ensure positive energy in propaganda work,effective prevention and control of the spread of crisis events.The third way is to control the crisis events after the occurrence of it,which refers to the effect of ideological and political education on mental health after the crisis and the reflective function of ideological and political education after the crisis is played.
