| University pilot high-level sports teams is an important strategic plan for the national Olympic Games honor plan and the sustainable development of competitive sports.The purpose is to train all-round development of high-level sports personnel,complete the World University Games and international and domestic major sports competitions.Reviewing and summarizing the experience of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in the past30 years has certain theoretical and practical significance.This study,combined with my own long-term sports experience and the downturn in high-level long-term colleges and universities in Guangdong Province,attempted to analyze the factors affecting sports performance,analyze the causes,and explore the strategies and suggestions for promoting the performance of high-level long-jumpers in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province.Using scientific research methods such as literature,questionnaires,Delphi,AHP,expert interviews,and mathematical statistics,students at Sun Yat-Sen University,South China University of Technology,South China Normal University,Jinan University,Guangdong University of Finance and Economics,and Guangzhou Sports The college,Jiaying College,Shenzhen University athletes and coaches conducted investigations and visits.Based on the rich research results of previous generations and under the guidance of scientific theories such as system science and sports training,this paper summarized the status quo of sports scores of high-level long-jumpers in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province with detailed data,and established the factors influencing athletic performance of high-level long-jumpers in colleges and universities.The structure of the model is to collate and analyze various factors that affect the performance of high-level long-jumpers in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province.Conclusions:(1)In recent years,the level of men’s long jump in colleges and universities across the country has been continuously improving,and the level of women’s performance has been declining.However,the level of men in Guangdong colleges and universities has stagnated,and the basics are not equal to medals;Guangdong colleges and universities have a good basis for women’s long jump and still have the strength to compete for medals.(2)Based on system theory and related theories of sports training,from the analysis of two aspects of contradiction,there are four main factors influencing college high-levellong-jumpers’ athletic performance: school factors,social factors,coach factors,and athlete factors.(3)After analyzing the weight of each influencing factor,athlete factor and coach factor play a key role in influencing the school’s high-level long-jumper’s competition results.(4)Through the calculation of the analytic hierarchy process,it was determined that the top10 factors that affect the top ten long-distance athletes in Guangdong province are: physical fitness,technical ability,coaching experience,training ability,psychological quality,goal orientation,and career planning.,sports experience,sports intelligence,training years and other ten factors.(5)The analysis of each influencing factor results in: Currently,the high-level long-jumpers in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province have relatively few students,there are not many high-level athletes,and they lack logistical support such as rehabilitation and nutrition.The athletes lack physical and technical skills,and their psychological quality is not strong.Coaches’ training management,professionalism and coaching experience need to be improved.Suggestions:(1)Actively absorb high quality students from outside the province and improve the quality of students.(2)increase competition opportunities;improve athletes’ anti-interference ability and psychological adjustment ability.(3)Strengthen the monitoring of specialized nutrition,rehabilitation and training,and give full play to the research capacity of universities(4)Increase the opportunities for coaches in the province to go out to study,enrich the knowledge of training theory,and continuously improve coaches’ experience in coaching. |
