Study On Key Technical Problems In Scientific Research Factory

To meet the requirements of scientific and technological innovation,the management of scientific research has gradually been paid attention to.However,due to the difficulties of scientific research management itself,the process of scientific research and its management are not standardized and the management of project implementation is lacking.As a result,the quality and efficiency of research needs to be improved.In this paper,a virtual organization is built to simulate the management process of scientific research,and focuses on the implementation process of scientific research,and carries out informational and standardized management with modern project management methods.A major feature of a scientific research factory is the tool of technology,and the tool suite that supports the management of scientific research,whose implementation details elaborated,is an important part of the key technology of a scientific research factory.By applying a scientific research factory to master's training,a specific application of a scientific research factory,virtual laboratory,is established.By analyzing the elements and processes of master training,the whole process management of master training is carried out in virtual laboratory,and how the elements of virtual laboratory cooperate with each other to fulfill corresponding business needs are explained in detail.This paper validates the rationality of scientific research factory framework through a specific case of master training work,and gives a set of reference workflow for master training.
