This article is based on the actual college student organization and management, focusing on the purpose of educating people, starting from the point of view of management, explore the scientific connotation, principles, evaluation system of college student organization and management.In-depth analysis of college students in the organization and management problems,use the theoretical perspectives of management, organizational behavior comprehensively to explore scientific practices path of college student organization and management.University student organizations is a collection of students, a organization position where unite students, cohesion students and affect students. University student organizations management both the main content of the work of college students, and the important carrier to improve ideological and political education of college students;Strengthen the student organization management both the inherent requirements to combine education with management, and the major route to promote student self-education and self-management. Currently, college student organization management in our country have some problems in terms of management structure, organization culture and management team construction, which need us to establish a people-centered, scientific management idea to strengthen the scientific development of student organization management.Scientific management of college student organization is used by the college student organization management department who follow the rule of university students physical and mental development,with the purpose of educating people,relying on Marxist ideology and scientific management system,using the knowledge of management theory to analyze and solve the problems exist in the student organization management, achieve organization and management optimization, the effect of the process of educating people.The scientific theory and practical research of college student organization management is the inevitable requirement in enhancing the effect of college education,as well as the important way to improve the management level of university education.This paper start from the connotation definition of college student organization management and scientific management, analyzes the guidance raised by Marxist philosophy, management, organizational behavior and other theories to student organization management theory. For the characteristics of the college students thinking and behavior after the 90s, put forward education management ideas,analyze he types of student organizations, summarize the issues of college student organization management in our country,on the base of learning domestic historical experience of college student organization management and external experience in university student organization management, we propose our college student organization management of scientific and practical path.This paper guided by modern management theory,research the management structure of student organization management, organizational culture, and the scientific and practical path of management team.Including scientific development path of management structure in college student organization, which means organize the standardized and flat construction path, strengthen the management path of information communication; The scientific development path of cultural management in College student organization means to organize the construction path of core values,organize cultural construction path virtually; The scientific development path of management team in college student organization,namely professional development path, full path of development, team development path of management team.
