Under the new situation of the global economical competition, Virtual Organization is a kind of new organization form which has evolved to form with the rapid development of information technology. Virtual R&D Organization is a new pattern of R&D formed by the conception of Virtual Organization having infiltrated the scientific research organization. Currently, the research concerned Virtual R&D Organization is becoming a hot field that both the world of theory and industry will pay attention to.This thesis studies preliminarily the application to Virtual R&D Organization at the medical colleges and universities in our province with the guide of basic theory of Virtual Organization, analyzing the development foreground of it and exploring the policy research of development of it.
