In recent years,in order to promote the all-round development of quality education,the school implements the policy of lightening the burden of students,and primary and secondary school students are out of school earlier?After school care of junior students has become a public service with a large market demand.At the same time,the government actively encourages the government to purchase services from the social work institutions,enrich the content of social services,and promote the development of social services to the direction of specialization and professionalism.Therefore,under the support and guidance of the relevant government departments,community neighborhood committee joint social work agency launched the trusteeship services,designed to provide children with a healthy,safe,happy after-school growth environment.However,the current trusteeship services is still in the stage of experiment and improvement,and there are many problems.In addition to the widespread manpower and lack of funds and other barriers,I think there is another hidden problem is that most of trusteeship services only focus on the micro system level change,lack of community macro level drive.The "trusteeship" is an innovative form of community education,which has given full play to the educational function of the community in the growth of young and young children.Since the project has undertaken a certain educational function,it will inevitably involve several main bodies of children's socialization,including family,school,community and other service organizations.These are important partners of trusteeship classroom projects,and also the participants.Social ecological systems theory from a macro perspective to understand "human social function",emphasizing the harmonious interaction between individuals,families,groups,communities and other social environment,provides a new perspective and a new path for the theoretical exploration of the child care class social work service,practice mode is helpful to the construction of the theory in service in the field of child care.Therefore,in view of ecosystem analysis of child care observation process and the results of classroom,childcare class service of social work intervention at the micro level,meso level and macro level,analysis of how social workers play their professional roles and functions,make the environment effectively to respond to the needs of each system,to explore the development mode of community service managed class children.Exploration helps to promote child care class of social work practice,and ultimately promote the social work in child care services to enhance the quality of classroom.The Xiyu community of after school class as an example,the investigation and analysis of the micro level of child,the meso level of children's family,the macro level of community development services in need of school at half past four.And the Xiyu community of after school class in response to the need in the process of service effectiveness and universal dilemma.In order to successfully operate a public welfare trusteeship services project,the social workers should play the role of direct service providers at the micro level,play the role of the resource link player at the meso level,and play the role of managers,advocates and researchers at the macro level.Through the promotion of the interaction between children,families and communities,to promote the community and the entire social level of function improvement and function play,in order to promote the harmony of family and society as the ultimate goal.
